We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was comfortable and well organized, but what made our experience truly special was the kindness and friendliness of the staff. They made us feel very welcome — we would definitely love to come back!
I booked a standard room. I had high expectation of Radisson & they did not disappoint. Excellent. Main plusses for me were - great location, modern quality fittings, large comfy bed, quiet room, good quiet aircon, excellent strong wifi, strong shower, top breakfast, lots of power points. It was a great choice & I would actively choose again if in Rouen.
Stayed at Raddison Blu, Rouen for 1 night as a stop over on the way to our destination. The staff were welcoming on arrival and spoke to us in English. The room was big, clean and comfy with everything you would need and was in a quiet setting with a comfy bed. It was a short walk to the centre of Rouen and we used the Q park at “Parking de Q-Park Palais de Justice Musée des Beaux-Arts” it was a 5 minute walk to the hotel and around £20 for 24 hours but secure with decent sized spaces and easy to use. We also had a delicious brunch with smoothies and waffles at a place called Ginette a short walk from the hotel. We will be back.
Our first time visiting Rouen and we wanted a hotel close to the city centre so that we could make the most of our time. The Radisson Blu didn’t disappoint - friendly and helpful staff, a comfortable room with a fabulous view and a plentiful breakfast… what more could one ask for?We would certainly recommend this hotel and would book with Radisson again.
An excellent hotel: modern rooms with plenty of space, professional and friendly staff, good breakfast, in a good location. Our room was accessible, but didn't feel like it was second-best (so many accessible rooms feel less attractive than other rooms). We stayyed two nights, and expect to come back.
