10/10 – An Unforgettable Experience at Radisson Blu Azuri Joint review by Helen & Gabriel Our stay at the Radisson Blu Azuri was truly something special – an experience we will carry with us for a long time. We travel quite a bit, but this hotel touched us in a way we have never experienced before. A very special thanks to VINAY – the heart of the hotel The most important person during our stay was undoubtedly Vinay, the hotel’s Guest Relations Manager. He welcomed us on our first day, explained everything clearly, and became our main point of contact throughout the entire trip. Vinay is someone who doesn’t act out of financial interest, but out of genuine kindness and authenticity. Guest satisfaction is his absolute priority – and you can feel that in every interaction. One example: My wife was suffering from severe tooth pain during the first days, and we urgently needed to find a pharmacy. Without hesitation, Vinay arranged his private car and a staff member to drive us to a suitable pharmacy about 20 minutes away. He also encouraged me to take my time at the nearby shopping mall and supermarket – not out of any benefit for the hotel, but purely out of kindness. Thanks to him, the entire restaurant team was also informed. For an entire week, Helen was asked with heartfelt sincerity how she was doing every morning, noon, and evening. Special dishes, soups, and porridges were prepared for her with the ingredients she could best tolerate. The level of care and attention was simply extraordinary. Vinay was always available, helped us plan tours, sent small snacks to our room while we were still on half board, answered every question, solved every issue, and supported us far beyond what is normally expected. We had so many meaningful conversations that he truly felt like a friend. Saying goodbye was honestly emotional for us. A big compliment to the entire team Besides Vinay, many others deserve recognition: Sheel, Sheetah, and in the restaurant & bar area Dave, Rahul, Anna, and many more whose names we unfortunately couldn’t note. Every single person was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. Nothing here feels forced or motivated by tips – it’s simply who they are. Food, facilities & room – all outstanding The food was fantastic, both buffet and à la carte, with the à la carte restaurants being our personal highlights. The resort is small, clean, beautifully designed, and easy to navigate. Large, stylish pools with views of the ocean and surrounding nature – absolutely stunning. The cocktails were exceptional. Our tip: just say “Surprise us” and maybe give a direction like “fruity” – the bartenders create masterpieces. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotless. We once arrived during cleaning and were amazed by how carefully and thoroughly the housekeeping team worked – as if it were their own home. Even small requests, like asking for an extra blanket late at night, were handled within minutes. Tour planning – perfectly organized If you want to explore Mauritius, you’re in the best hands here. You simply share your priorities, and especially Vinay puts together a tour that fits your wishes perfectly. Final verdict: A solid 10/10 The Radisson Blu Azuri has left a deep impression on us. The people there truly touched us with their warmth, authenticity, and attentiveness. We miss the island — and especially Vinay and the entire team. We will absolutely return. Warmest regards, Helen & Gabriel

Wonderful waiting staff, couldn’t do enough for you. Lunch time lacked vegetarian food but the waiters asked the chef to make me a dish which was delicious but again a total lack of choice. The rooms were clean but there were holes in the bedlinen and other rooms had a turn down service but we didn’t. There is building work taking place so disrupting while sunbathing. The hotel got very busy in the evening which meant a lack of seating on the patio in the evening. Live music every night but a few acts were far better than others ( DJ needs to be sacked) Reception staff can arrange any excursion you would want as there was no first choice help or rep. The gym was great and exercise classes were great. Yoga, Pilates to name but a few. Taxis from the resort were not cheap but the drivers were good. Drinks seemed to be very weak but I didn’t mind that. Shop on site was very expensive so go to the town to get essentials such as sun cream. don’t shop there if you can. ( small bottle of sun cream £20) There was a lovely cat on the grounds which tried to catch the mouse running around the bar, and a couple of dogs on the beach but again friendly. Beach is unsuitable for snorking but a free boat trip is available if spaces are free. Lots of rocks in the sea area so take beach shoes a couple of cockroaches in the room but again to be expected. Vinnay was great and the 5 island trip is a must and a private trip can be arranged. Again not cheap but worth it. (£344 for 2 in 4 were going) You must go take advantage of doing the free platform boat trip where you can snorkel, but take your own snorkel. You can literally walk around the reef as the water is shallow but mind the sea urchins. Again water shoes are a must.

All the staff from the reception to the restaurant were amazingly genuine and not for the sake of it they all went out of their way to treat me as family and not just a guest. Rahul, Mahesh, Josh, Dev, Patrice and Shreya to name a few were exceptional. Nisha and Vij from Coquille Bonheur were outstanding as well especially Vij who did a special ceremony for my late wife Pre giving her a amazing sending off ceremony Thank you from the bottom of my heart it came as a total surprise. It was really lovely and overwhelming for me. Thank you Nisha for suggesting Vij. Thank you to everyone who made my stay so amazing you are not just stars but shining stars 🌟. THANK YOU FOR BEING YOU

Had a fantastic stay at the Radisson Blu Azuri. Vinay and his team were very accommodating, and in all honesty haven't experienced hospitality like it. We had a premium garden room, which was perfectly located 1306. It was spacious, with a big bath, open shower and regular top ups of bodywash, shampoo etc. The facilities were very good, and you can fill your time doing all sorts of activities, kayaking, tennis, golf, snorkeling, bike rides, fishing. All great for the family. The beach is lovely and very picturesque, albeit choppy at times due to the wind, but still lovely. Food was nice. Not a typical All Inclusive, and if you have trips or days out (we hired a car) then they will give you packed lunches too take, including soft drinks etc. Overall the stay was fantastic, and there were some bottom lips going when leaving. Great hotel, with a well led team, who are very accommodating. Definitely recommend.
