First time in Mauritius and at the Radisson Blu Azuri. We were met by Vinay Koomar whose customer service skills, sincerity and thoughtfulness were exemplary! What a lovely man who works his magic with his staff and as a result there were times we felt so truly blessed for the extra mile that was invested in us. From golf at The Nine, to kayaking, cycling, snorkelling (for o18’s, take the shuttle to the sister hotel at Poste Lafayette where we encountered octopus, a turtle and many fish including a local horse riding centre taking the horses to cool down in the waters), walking around the Azuri village (by the way, this private estate is maintained to such high standards with an army of staff out at first light raking the beach, sweeping leaves off the roads, trimming the palm trees etc), swimming from the dedicated swim platforms, playing padel at the sports centre, fishing etc etc - there’s lots of extras available at this hotel at no extra cost. A couple of key highlights for me - as a coeliac, it can be worrying how engaged staff will be with the gluten free requirements - Vinay ensured all chefs at the buffet and all à la carte restaurants knew of my dietary needs and I was completely reassured. Azuri Village is stunning with many modern, private apartments and luxury villas - I regularly walked around the hotel grounds, the pontoon, and wider Azuri village and felt so safe! There are many places I have visited where this opportunity is not afforded to tourists for many reasons but this location enabled longer morning walks in a beautiful, clean and safe environment. This was another stand out point for me! So our thank yous extend to all staff but especially to Vinay, Aarti (our room maid), Urvashi (for her lovely customer service around the pool and beach), Roy (for his kindness loaning us his fishing rod) and Doritas (for always having a smile on her face). Our holiday was just lovely and we will be back!

Just came back home from Azuri hôtel, we had a great week-end with family.. celebrating our mother's and nephew birthday. thank you vinay for your warm welcoming and information about the hôtel and its services.. you made sure we are okay during our stay. This place is amazing. We booked for 4 pax (2 adults, 2 kids) and they are very accommodating especially the front desk Shetal. Family friendly and kids friendly since they have the kids club wherein we can leave the kids with the staff to play and they do a lot of various activities there such as fishing and football, kids approved place. Adults also enjoyed the stay, the food was great, clean, and amazing. The location is very accessible and it is not hard to find it on maps. Spacious room with a pool for kids to enjoy. Worry free atmosphere for a price that is worth to pay. People also consider the noise level at night as they close the bar at 10pm. We recommend this place.
