Let me tell you we picked the worst week we have ever had in Lanza for weather, apart from one day it was absolutely shocking weather, but what a hotel to be stuck in! This is our second visit to this hotel and it wont be our last. From communication prior to arrival, to the reception team, the cleaning team, the food and beverages team, you cannot get better and friendlier service. Outstanding. We booked a Junior Suite, bed and breakfast as we like to go out of an evening. The room was on the second level overlooking the infinity pool (one of four at this hotel) with sunloungers on the patio, and the room equipped with everything that you need - and if it isnt, a simple call to reception or a request through the app and they have it with you. The rooms are immaculately clean, and if you miss housekeeping you can put a request in through the app and they come more or less staright away. Breakfast was lovely quality, could have done to be a bit hotter for me as I like my food very hot, but plenty of choice, hot and cold and lots of toasters and coffee machines so no big queues. The smoked salmon was delicious. The hotel is so spaced out it doesnt feel busy at all, and thats what we like - if you are looking for busy/noisy this isnt the place for you. It is totally chilled. Is there anything I would change, nothing that would impact on how great this place is. We will be back, not until 2027 as we already hove our holiday commitments next year, but wouldnt stay anywhere else.

When we arrived the hotel looked amazing clean stunning views. The staff made us feel so welcome checked us in and gave us all the information we needed. Our room was amazing loved having sunbeds on the balcony a real bonus.We celebrated a birthday while staying and I arranged with guest relations decorations etc for the room and that was great and a lovely surprise for my partner. The food was fantastic breakfast and dinner lots of choice and the best buffet food I have had in a hotel. Too much choice can be too overwhelming this is just right. All the staff are fantastic a real credit to the hotel. Thankyou all we will be back soon.

Walked in unannounced with view to coming to stay Paul the guest relations manager was all that I needed and more to descide that when I come back to the island as I do quite often - I will stay at this hotel Than you Paul for your customer service

Thank you for such a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean and well-organized. The staff were attentive from reception to the restaurant. The yoga instructor was lovely. We will definitely be back.
