Best hotel I’ve ever visited whilst travelling with family! Staff were so charming, caring and went the extra mile to accommodate us! Would recommend this to anyone visiting the city! Room itself was clean and well kept! My family had a great time and have already booked to come again for our next holiday! Thank you all!

I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. It was spotlessly clean, choice of food amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful and the prices were reasonable

Another enjoyable stay in Costa Teguise. Although full the hotel never appears crowded. Four swimming pools and a relaxed atmosphere.

Spent a fantastic week here. Great hotel in a perfect location. Great selection of food for both breakfast and evening meal - cater well for all dietary requirements. Fantastic staff, all helpful and friendly !!

This was our second visit to the hotel this year and pleased to say it was as good as we remembered. Friendly welcome on arrival and a glass of cava was appreciated. All the staff we came into contact with were great, so friendly and helpful. We had a sea view room (Level 4), well appointed and kept nice and clean. It was good that you don't need to walk up any stairs to get to the room. We noticed several mobility scooters charging in special areas - great idea for the less mobile. I enjoyed having my fish cooked at night and always had a smile from the chef (Juan?) So much choice on the salad bar. The selection for breakfast is really varied and there were lots of fruits and different milks. Had eggs cooked to order a few times. Yes, we would return.
