I don’t even know where to start. Jet2 getting us to the Hotel was flawless. It was a bit slow checking in but I think a lot of people arrived at once and you were given a glass of cava to help with the wait! Our room was clean and welcoming, had a Junior Suite with sea view. The entire resort was so clean and the whole team worked hard to get it that way. Food was exceptional and so different each night with so much to choose from, no one could say they were bored. We did eat out for lunch twice and enjoyed but can’t really say it was better than the hotel offering. The hot order chefs were amazing, as were the kitchen and service teams. I honestly cannot say I have ever been to such a large resort where every person from the groundkeepers, room servicing, bar and restaurant team, and Reception, were so friendly and welcoming every single day! We also loved the Crown Service offerings and our private food and drink service, Basan who served us there mostly was fabulous. Nothing was ever too much. Our only complaint? Despite looking so inviting, the pools were simply too cold to use. Even the 2 heated pools. But it didn’t impact on our stay at all. Hope we have the opportunity to go back, thank you!

Jet2 4 star accurate, staff friendly and helpful, food very good and varied. Check-in a bit slow. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Bar seating could be a bit more comfortable. Pools very clean. Main resort Costa Teguise currently being refreshed and some construction happening but this hotel not affected.

Just returned from this wonderful hotel. We had a lovely welcome at reception with a glass of cava! We stayed in a fabulous room, (ocean view junior suite), with huge comfortable bed, seating area with comfy settee and lots of cushions!. Seperate shower, toilet and wash area, (dont be put off by the frosted glass doors, there is enough privacy!). The balcony is lovely with glass screen for unobstructed views, table and chairs and two sunbeds. Pool towels are also included and you can exchange daily if you wish. All the staff are wonderful, always smiling and helpful. The food at breakfast and dinner is excellent and plentiful, loads of choice and vegan and gluten free options available too. There is a different theme every night. Everywhere in the hotel is spotlessly clean. We paid for the crown service, which was well worth the money. It includes premium drinks and snacks from 11am - 6pm in the Maar bar and a reserved sunbed. You also get your mini bar topped up daily with premium drinks (beer and spirits and plenty of soft drinks, water etc). Plus, if you book directly with the hotel , you get a private transfer to and from the airport and VIP lounge access on your return journey. All in all, we had a fabulous week here and will definitely return again. I don't usually recommend hotels but wouldn't hesitate with this one. The reviews speak for themselves. Arrived at the hotel offered a glass of cava check in was smooth reception staff very efficient and informative. Our room was on the 4th. floor which is at reception level very spacious with all the goodies you would expect from a top class hotel tea coffee facilities, large walk in shower area and large balcony complete with two sun loungers and table and chairs. Rooms cleaned every day to a high standard. We were half board and enjoyed all the meals there was everything there to cater for all tastes and diets. Always went out at night so can not comment on the entertainment. The hotel is close to bars restaurants etc. In conclusion would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and will certainly stay here again while on holiday in Lanzarote.

We’re just packing after an amazing stay at Radisson Blu Lanzarote and it truly made my birthday unforgettable. As a VIP Rewards member (the best programme), we were kindly upgraded to the Presidential Suite and even extended our stay – the suite itself was absolutely incredible. Spacious, beautifully designed, with a large terrace and stunning ocean views. I managed to watch multiple sunsets, sunrises and even stars at night. The minibar was well stocked and the terrace became my favourite place to relax. A huge thank you to the team who made this stay so special: - Paul for the warm and welcoming arrival - Caroline and John for adding a little extra magic with the additional two days - Monika, who looked after us so wonderfully at dinner – she is truly a little gem - The Italian restaurant team, who were friendly and attentive Breakfast was lovely, especially the romantic breakfast on the terrace – a real highlight, with hot food also available and a very relaxed atmosphere. We also used the gym, which was great and well equipped, and car hire was incredibly easy with the AVIS desk in reception – everything sorted in about three minutes. Overall, a fabulous stay with excellent service, beautiful views and thoughtful touches throughout. We will definitely be back! 😊
