Good points:
Location- we loved how it was a 10/15 min walk via the roads to Costa Teguise square or a 20/25 min walk along the sea front. Also ideal location for day trips to PDC/Arrecife/bus routes etc.
Rooms- we stayed in the junior suite which was the cheapest option and the room was huge (414, ground floor near reception)! Beautiful, clean, spacious, we had a huge bed queen or king not sure which but huggeeee! Lovely big balcony, most look like they have a table and 2 chairs and 2 sunbeds on which is great if you want to sunbathe on your balcony instead of the pool.
Staff- all lovely and helpful, especially Maria the GSM who gave us lots of advice when we asked for it re local places etc. We also got a free glass of bubbly when we arrived which was lovely, a great start to the holiday after an early flight and defo made you feel like your holiday had started!
Breakfast- amazing!! 0700-1000 hours, great that it's basically all morning so you don't feel restricted with time constraints. They had cooked breakfast/bread and pastries/fruit and yogurts, eggs and an egg station where omlettes can be made by the chef, even a dedicated space for gluten free which is brill. They had a juice dispenser (5 options) that have pressure plates so once you put the jug down, they refill automatically. I also appreciate the variety of milk available as someone who has soya milk (soya/oat/rice/skimmed etc all available), and free cava available!!!
Pools- 4 of them, 4!!!! Closest to the reception is a big unheated pool, as you go down a level further towards the sea front you get to a slightly smaller pool which is heated and also a small infinity pool (also heated) which is lovely and makes a great picture spot. Go down another level towards the sea front and you get to another pool (also heated) which has ledges around the edge so you can be half in/half out the pool or sunbathe in it- LOVED this!! Also PLENTY of room around all pools, possibly too much room, incredible, didn't feel like you were on top of each other, and a brolley for each set of two sun beds, we never went without one. Also provided with a towel for the pool in your room. This can be changed with the lifeguards as often as you need so save suitcase space and don't take your own!
Courtesy room- out flight was an evening flight so we were lucky to have most of the day to enjoy the pool on our last day. With it being the Raddison we expected to have to pay for a courtesy room but amazingly it was free which was a lovely addition and just made check out more easy! Also the baggage room was a great addition too.
Negatives:
Completely loved this hotel! Can't really fault it!
To be V E R Y picky, the door handles weren't great on the toilets by the reception - made a trip to the loo a little scary for someone scared of being stuck in!
Speed of reception - on arrival there was noone waiting so we were seen right away but a few times we had enquiries we had to wait 5-10 minutes to be seen if they were a little busy.
The price of the drinks from the bar. We only had a few soft drinks from the pool bar but for a soft drink (can), it was approximately €3.50 each. However if you sign up to the Radisson rewards you can get 10% off drinks.
To say the hotel only opened in November 2022, there were SLIGHT imperfections in the room just like marks on the wall in the bathroom or the ledges at the bottom of the wall being slightly chipped.
Again, all these are being very picky, nothing that affected our stay.
