We are here at the moment and we think it is lovely. The staff are so kind, helpful and friendly. Excellent service at breakfast especially from Juan Carlos. He's so kind to my brother in law who is disabled. The rooms are lovely and clean. Pools are lovely but not heated as stated which is a shame as my sister and brother in law would prefer the water a little warmer. Spar supermarket in the hotel, excellent for snacks, water and essentials. Would be nice if the bar was open until 11pm sometimes and a little background music round the pool would be good. I would recommend this hotel.

2 visits here but 19 years apart & of course big difference in prices & experience. As I said I stayed here when it was under a previous ownership in August 06….I always wanted to return & I had the chance this summer, this is now a 5* Hotel & my holiday was similar to before as I woke early & sat in the sun all day whilst reading or playing with my phone. My room was tremendous, it had a washing machine, dishwasher, hob & oven, the fridge/freezer was same size I have at home..a dinning table & chairs for 6 people & a table on the balcony for 6 people (I went solo) I had dinner in the restaurant most nights & on my last night I stayed within the hotel & ate on the top floor restaurant which has a stunning view of a nearby harbour & beaches. The staff were fabulous & also the hotel was a bit quiet (their speciality restaurant closes on Tuesday/Wednesday during September) the pools & beaches are well looked after & the beach I went to the most has netting set up 1/4 mile out to see to stop any unwelcome crafts or the like coming in too close. Might also be used to stop jelly fish (idk) all rocks have been removed so it’s easy to walk into the water without the fear of damaging one’s feet. Overall this is the best beach hotel I have ever stayed in on the Canaries & I will return again very soon.

Beautiful seafront hotel with all rooms overlooking the bay. There are two large pools that are long enough for a decent swim, along with a couple of kiddy safe areas. Ample sunbeds with mattresses- pool towels are gathered at the start of your break. There is a pool bar serving drinks and food. Rooms are a good size and beautifully appointed with large beds, safe, fridge tea and coffee facilities. Flat screen TV and large balcony. Our room also had a hot tub. Large bathrooms with double sink, ample towels, soaps etc, and bidet. Excellent buffet breakfast to cater for all tastes. Also a buffet style evening meal available (very good) and al la carte (not used). Included in the hotel is a Spar supermarket and a couple of shops. There is access to two beaches nearly and the beachfronts of Patalavaca and Anfi are within walking distance. All staff are lovely and go out of their way to make the stay very enjoyable. Overall a lovely experience A couple of points to note - the mattresses are very soft - our shower was over bath, not walk in - the bath/shower waa against the bedroom wall. The wall is partly opaque, partly glass so the shy might feel a bit exposed - the toitet area is separated from the main bathroom by a see through glass door.
