We are here at the moment and we think it is lovely. The staff are so kind, helpful and friendly. Excellent service at breakfast especially from Juan Carlos. He's so kind to my brother in law who is disabled. The rooms are lovely and clean. Pools are lovely but not heated as stated which is a shame as my sister and brother in law would prefer the water a little warmer. Spar supermarket in the hotel, excellent for snacks, water and essentials. Would be nice if the bar was open until 11pm sometimes and a little background music round the pool would be good. I would recommend this hotel.
