Our experience at the Laterraza Radisson Blue Cornish cwas absolutely fantastic, and that’s entirely thanks to Subrat and Hope. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Subrat was attentive, friendly, and incredibly professional, with great menu knowledge and spot-on recommendations. Hope matched that same energy—warm, thoughtful, and always one step ahead, making sure everything was perfect without ever feeling intrusive. Together, they made the entire dining experience seamless and enjoyable. It’s rare to find service that feels this effortless and sincere. The food was great, but the service is what truly stood out and made the evening memorable. If you’re dining at the Laterraza Radisson Blue Cornish, you’re lucky if Subrat and Hope are taking care of you. They are true assets to the restaurant, and we’ll absolutely be back!
