From the moment we arrived it was second to none. The staff really went the extra mile to look after you. The Escape bar team really are top class. Biki was there to look after us most days but the lads also Rahul, Ananya & Suuam were also brilliant. Any request we asked they delivered. The food in the West Bay Lounge was superb as well. We ate there 2 nights. Loved the overall experience and will definitely return.
