I had an overall good stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was polite and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around. While everything met expectations, there is still some room for improvement in certain areas to make the experience more memorable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would consider returning in the future.

Breakfast experience was amazing. The F&D Service Manager Jason gave us a warm welcome and first class service. The food was amazing as well. Overall 10/10.

We jave stayed with family 4 people. Our stay in hotel was just fantastic. We have enjoyed hospitality, breakfas, sauna and swimming pool. Room service was nice and always helpful. All required services are working despite the strike situation. We wish all best to hotel staff and GM for helping out.

2nd visit to this hotel. First time was in November 2025. Both times were fabulous. Both rooms we've stayed in were on 21st floor overlooking the water. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff are really lovely and helpful. Location ideal with an easy walk into the centre. We walked everywhere, but the nearest Metro station is National Theatre, rather than Central Station.
