I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Radisson Blu Hotel, Nice, and especially to Pascal at the reception. I am a member of Radisson Rewards and travel frequently, staying at Radisson properties around the world, so I truly have a lot to compare with. I can confidently say that the level of service we received in Nice was absolutely exceptional. From the very first day, Pascal made our vacation truly special. He learned that it was our first time in Nice and that this trip was my birthday gift. As an incredible surprise, he upgraded us to a Premium room with a breathtaking sea view. Waking up every morning to the beautiful blue Mediterranean was simply unforgettable. Pascal is a true professional - incredibly polite, attentive, warm, and genuinely client-oriented. His dedication to guest satisfaction goes far beyond expectations. He does not just do his job - he creates emotions and unforgettable experiences. He gave us wonderful recommendations, was always ready to assist, and made us feel valued and truly welcome. Thanks to Pascal, our first visit to Nice was perfect from the very beginning. He elevated our entire stay to another level, and we are already looking forward to coming back. We had a very comfortable stay here for a 3 night break in February. We couldn’t check in until 3pm so after arriving at midday, we found a lovely little restaurant on the beachfront and stopped there for a drink. Our room was on the 6th floor and it had impressive sea views. The sunrises were amazing. There was a very comfortable double bed and English channels on the TV. There was a good size fridge in the room along with tea and coffee facilities. In the wardrobe there were roughly 12 hangers, a safe, slippers, hairdryer and an ironing board and iron. We had a table in our room with a sofa and chair. The balcony was spacious and had another seating area. Bathroom was Spotless. You don’t need to bring shampoo or conditioner as the products here were amazing! Especially the body wash and hand wash. Wish I could buy it! Staff were overall pleasant but it was a shame that the bar downstairs wasn’t open in the day time for a drink. If we were to return to Nice, we would definitely stay here again.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Nice, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. A special mention must go to Liz, the Front of House Supervisor, who immediately recognised our VIP Radisson Rewards status and kindly upgraded us to a stunning sea view room. She also took the time to acknowledge my wife’s recent birthday and arranged a beautiful surprise — a bottle of champagne delivered to our room shortly after check-in. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch that made our stay feel extra special. We would also like to thank Vlad, another fantastic member of the team, who kindly arranged a late check-out on our day of departure, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy our final hours in Nice. The hotel, the service, and the attention to detail were all outstanding. This stay left us with amazing memories of our visit to Nice, France, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. We spent a lovely couple of days and the Radisson Blu in Nice. On arrival, our lovely receptionist, Vlad, noticed it was my birthday and upgraded us to a suite. He arranged champagne to be sent to our room with a hand written note- such a lovely touch ! The staff in the rooftop bar and reception were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the tram station and the beach. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Love this hotel...Easy access from the airport, tram and bus. Great service at the front desk, the room service/cleaning staff and the folks at the rooftop bar...wonderdful rooms and great service!!
