Our stay at the hotel turned into something unexpected. What was meant to be a short visit became nearly a week when travel disruptions left us stranded in Delhi. In that time, this hotel became much more than a place to stay. It became a true refuge. The service and attentiveness were exceptional. The staff didn’t just take care of us. Over the course of the week they became friends. We were consistently treated with warmth, kindness, and a level of personal attention that made us feel genuinely seen and cared for. The food was outstanding across the board. Between the three restaurants and the buffet, every meal was memorable. The variety, quality, and hospitality around dining made it something we looked forward to each day. The outdoor pool area, beautifully landscaped and tucked away from the city, was a peaceful sanctuary. The fitness center, spa, and other amenities were equally excellent and allowed us to truly settle in and live comfortably at the hotel during an otherwise stressful situation. Room service was also remarkable. Anything we needed was delivered quickly and graciously, often within minutes. Two people in particular made a lasting impression: Vanud, who took wonderful care of us with food service, and Vinod from room service, who was always attentive, thoughtful, and incredibly kind. In a week that could have been very difficult, the team at this hotel created an environment of comfort, generosity, and genuine hospitality. We left feeling grateful for the care we received and for the people who made it such a memorable stay.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel on two occasions a fortnight apart. On the first occasion we arrived by air at 11.45 pm and were picked up by the hotel shuttle car which because we had given our flight details when booking was waiting though our flight was an hour late. After a 15 hour flight this service was worth it weight in gold. This service also works going to the airport. The check in was quick and stress free. The hotel rooms and amenities were first class. The staff at every level could not have been more pleasant and helpful.
