Radisson Blu Plaza is a lovely hotel where I keep going back to. I love every bit of the hotel including its prominent location too. The Great Kebab factory is an exceptional restaurant and a favourite of me and my daughter.

Pricey but great service. Venkatesh in the bar restaurant provided outstanding service being able to source - in no time at all off menu items such as a sandwich and fresh mint tea. Arun at the main desk took no time to find additional towels when he showed us to our room. The smart electronics were overly complex and the Japanese loos may suit some.

On a recent trip to Delhi I stayed at the Raddison Blue on three separate occasions. Unfortunately, our first night’s stay wasn’t great as the room was very noisy with both the sound of traffic and also water pipes in the ceiling space. In an email request from the hotel for my feedback I expressed my disappointment at our experience. I was immediately contacted by a member of the management team who were hugely apologetic and arranged for us to not only be allocated a ‘quiet’ room for our next two stays, but also upgraded us to a junior suite on both occasions. This is a fabulous example of a bad experience being turned into an excellent one due to the way in which the hotel responded to my initial complaint.
