It was amazing Staff across were friendly and welcoming from the day we arrived until when we left. Rooms were neat including gym and everyone was willing to help. The hotel is perfectly located and has great atmosphere.

It started with a very warm welcome atvtge airport, followed by an even warmer welcome upon arrival at the hotel. John with his warm smile, the front desk....everyone was smiling. I really felt welcome. The rest of my stay was a repetition. Every single person, greeting, cleaning staff, waiters. For that reason I am certain to return

This hotel is excellent and safe food is amazing staff are so friendly and cant do enough for you rooms are spacious and have everything you need TV has all channels you want room is cleaned daily with fresh drinking water cant fault this hotel We loved it ! 10 out of 10 well done Raddison

Having been a hotelier before in my previous life in a global chain of 5 star hotels, I would say my experience in your hotel is nostalgic. I also had the very best and most understanding housekeeper assigned to my room ( Rosaida Nduku). Her customer service is top notch! I recommend her for an award! She was very flexible to clean my room at requested times as I sometimes needed to hold online meetings at my room and she understood and executed her mandate exemplarily! Ernest UN WMO
