An absolutely lovely stay from checking in to checking out. The staff were incredibly attentive with any interaction I had with them and nothing but kind (special shoutout to the entrance security for somehow always recognising me and putting a smile on my face). Located away from the busy hussle and bussle of the city, but not so out the way that it's inconvenient, the hotel is located on a quiet road right next to the cities Arboretum (stay includes free access, well worth a walk around, especially after a long flight) and provides a peaceful nights sleep every night. The room itself was huge with amenities aplenty. Room service ensures the room was kept clean and restocked daily and didn't touch any of my personal belongings. Free and fast WiFi throughout the entire hotel complex. International plug sockets and bedside charging, as well as a big beautiful bathroom (loved the shower!) I didn't use the kitchenette provided but it was well stocked should you choose to. The bed itself was perfectly comfortable for me. Breakfast was hassle free with plenty of options (including gluten free). I would be more than happy to stay here again, thank you for a wonderful experience!
