Stayed one night for solo leisure trip. Staff were absolutely wonderful - a perfect mix of efficiency and excellent customer service. On-site car parking excellent and secure. Location perfect and right in the heart of Montpellier. Modern hotel with excellent facilities. Highly recommend for business and pleasure.
Confused by the poor reviews. This is one of the nicest relaxing calm hotels weve stayed at, Very clean Staff friendly and helpful Pool is lovely Room size spot on, massive windows Very good location, short walk to city center Will be back next time in montpellier for sure!
From start to finish our stay here was wonderful. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to help. Room was extremely comfortable and clean. The hotel itself had a lovely atmosphere. Meals were very good, we only ate in. Location was in easy walking distance to local attractions. Totally recommend.
We came as a family of 4 and were slightly apprehensive with all the reviews but we need not have worried. We had a great time and the hotel was excellent. We had interconnecting 'family' rooms. In terms of a quick review: Staff: Excellent, Helpful and Friendly Location: Superb and 5-10 mins walk to the Place De La Comedie and Old Town. Breakfast: Great and lots of choice Rooms: superb, roomy with very comfortable beds and good air con. Pool Area: really nice and lovely pool for a dip. Communal Areas: Lobby area, lifts, hallways etc. all great. As I said a super hotel and either people have unreasonably high standards or are simply looking for problems.
Stayed here for 4 nights from 31st May - 4 June and was concerned after reading some of the other TA reviews. However, as so often happens the experiences/expectations of others do not always match your own. We arrived by train into Montpellier St Roch station and chose to walk to the hotel with our small wheeled suitcases. The walk takes you through a park, which at the time of our stay was undergoing some renovation to improve walkways and child play areas. The extensive tram network is also a good option to transfer to the hotel, with the CORUM stop being just a few hundred yards from the hotel. The tram can be accessed from in front of the St Roch station. The walk took approximately 15 minutes. We could see the hotel but walked around most of the perimeter before arriving at the front entrance. We were welcomed by reception staff but were too early to access our room. Left luggage facilities were made available and we headed into the city to explore. We returned to be provided our room key (which is required to operate the lift/elevator) and were happy with the double room allocated. The facilities included a "wet" room style bathroom. The room was air conditioned which was welcome as the outside temperature rose throughout our stay. in-room safe facilities were provided and the room had good wifi and the tv allowed you to "broadcast" from your own digital device. TV has a wide range of channels including news channels in the English language. Tea/coffee making facilities are in the room as was a refrigerator (1 bottle of complimentary water was provided as a welcome). Breakfast provided a range of hot and cold self-service choices, with different options for eggs/omelettes offered on requested. The pool area was adequate for a city centre/business hotel, with a range of loungers and soft seating options. The poolside bar was open in the evening during our stay and was popular with guests. Overall a very comfortable stay and I would not hesitate to return in the future.
