Radisson Blu Hotel, Marseille Vieux Port - TripAdvisor traveler rating

Stayed for a few nights in Oct 2023. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel location is perfect being close enough to the Vieux Port (old port) area but at the quieter end of the road. Our room was on the Swimming pool side and was very quiet. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable. The rooms are a little tired and would benefit from a refurb but they are still clean and comfortable. The breakfast offers a wide selection and the staff work to keep it stocked with fresh items. The Bar and Restaurant offer decent food at a reasonable price (for the location). Most evenings we enjoyed drinks on the terrace before heading out to dine at restaurants around the port.

The Radisson Blue is a very good city hotel, great location on the harbour side and near to lots of the city attractions. The rooms are clean and more than adequate for a weekend away. But what really makes this an excellent hotel are the staff, we went on a rugby weekend and the hotel was busy but every member of staff was polite and super friendly. i felt we left after making a whole new family of friends, a special shout out has to go to Camille, Gail and Aurelien who made our stay feel very special. oh and also Yanis who opened the pool bar for us.

This is my first time to Marseille, the hotel, is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, The service and location 10 out of 10 you could not pick a better hotel. I understand from the staff the hotel is being upgraded at the end of this month. If you visit this city I would highly recommend you look at this hotel

Marvellous location- we walked to everything! The bar staff- Hugo and the others were exceptional- treated us so well!! Kudos to them for making us feel so welcome! Room was clean and plenty large! Lovely bed and bath. Definitely would stay again! Front desk staff were above and beyond helpful when a medical emergency happened! Merci!!!

Great hotel. We stayed here and it was truly superb. Our rooms were very very clean and staff were very accommodating throughout our stay. This hotel is really well situated. There is so much to do in this part of a glorious city. Hotel staff gave impeccable advice and solutions to travel worries. Highly Highly Recommended.
