The rooms are very nice & clean, but on the smaller side. The bed was comfortable. The hotel staff was very nice & allowed us to check in an hour earlier. The buffet breakfast was very nice with many options. Its also in a great location. Easy walking distance to the old & new towns.

This was an overnight stop en route to Turin . The hotel with its distinctive cigar shape is obvious as one exits the train station and is a 5 minute walk. Best route is to cross the street snd walk directly through the ground floor of the enormous Westfield shopping centre exiting by Uniqlo. The hotel entrance is 30 seconds from there. Reception is on the 32nd floor. Check in 7pm June 6th was brilliantly handled by a young lady who gave us 2 drinks vouchers; the wines we were later offered were spectacular ( no house muck). Bedroom was compact but not small. Excellent shower and the most comfortable bed with crisp linen. Air Con made no noise but was perfect. Recommended without any hesitation.

The hotel is beautiful, absolutely spotless, and the rooms are superb. 🌟 However, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. A special and huge thank you goes to Anna 🙏 at the reception. 😊 Not only is she remarkably kind, but she is also a natural leader and incredibly intuitive. ✨ Even over the phone, she immediately anticipated our needs and assisted us without hesitation. We also want to give a special shout-out to the wonderful breakfast team! All the ladies there were extremely sweet, welcoming, and polite. ❤️ We also highly appreciated the excellent service from the gentleman with the beard and the young man with glasses, who were both so attentive. 🙏 We are deeply grateful to the entire team for their dedication and wish them all the success they truly deserve. 🌟 This is definitely a place we highly recommend without a second thought. Outstanding views from the rooms and the restaurant. Well placed for the train station Lyon Part Dieu, if you’re looking to stay overnight, breaking your journey while travelling up through France (as I was). You can see the distinctive tower of the hotel as you exit the station - how to walk there is not immediately obvious, but just cut through the Westfield shopping centre. Exceptionally good breakfast buffet - so much to choose from and to enjoy whilst taking in those gorgeous views. Very comfortable stay.

This was our sixth time staying here for an extended weekend break over a number of years. We really enjoyed our 5 night weekend break agin this time. The team here are always great and the hotel has some of the best reception people we come across in our many travels. This time Anna and Seip were exceptional and we can't praise them highly enough for their people skills, professionalism and abilities to deal with all nationalities using their linguistic talents. Also Heloise was super helpful with our daughters check in. Thanks also to the great Dan and the team who do such a super job at breakfast time The location is always so fantastic here - next door to the shopping centre, 10 mins walk to the train and 25 minutes walk directly to the centre square. The views from the rooms always leave us inspired and the rooms are comfy. Delighted to see an investment in the hotel entrance was starting which will add even more to the overall experience. Keep up the great work and we will keep returning !
