The staff is friendly, and the ambience is good. The room was a bit small, though not sure how the place will be in other locations. It was very near the mall, and a lot of facilities were nearby. Overall, I liked the stay and will go for it next time.

39th floor view from hotel room is exceptional. Room was clean and cosy. Easy to travel to from Airport by tram, and the location is next to Westfield shopping centre. Easy walk 30 minutes into town to see all the Christmas lights and shops. Old town Lyon is wonderful. Overall wonderful experience. Thank you to Caitlin and the staff.

Very convenient hotel, 15 minute walk to the old centre. Comfortable rooms a high floors, 32 and up, so always a great view. Good airco, good shower, efficient staff at reception. Free parking in the garage next door. Lot of bakeries around the corner, maybe you have a breakfast there. Did not visit the bar or restaurant. My place for any Lyon visit.
