The coffee machine in the room was not in a convenient spot, and difficult to plug etc. Other than this I would say all perfect(Tini_Geneva)
Take extra hangers in case they haven't removed the shelf from the wardrobe and a travel iron if you don't know how to use a steamer.(Caldough)
London is mostly a cashless society. Make sure you have a working credit card. Make sure your IPhone has sufficient data.(Sandra P)

Location is great, in the middle of Convent Garden and walking distance from Soho and other attractions. Tube nearby. The staff is great, very attentive and friendly. The hotel room is quite comfortable, although not big. My only remark was the shower, it was a good shower but inside the bath. Meaning you have to step into the bathtub to have a shower. It might not be convenient for everyone. Atmosphere was really great and breakfast very generous. I certainly would go back to Radison Mercer Street if traveling to London again. Super recommend it.

Our stay at Radisson blu mercer street was great, the location, team and service was unmatched. Cudos to the leadership team as they done an amazing job. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and the restaurant served hearty breakfast and dinner. We will be back thanks guys

Great central location, quiet room on the doorstep of Covent garden and all tourist sights walkable. Clean comfy bedroom, bathroom bit bijou but perfectly functional. Breakfast superb. Will use again when in London. All staff polite and knowledgeable.

It was our first time staying in a Radisson Blu hotel and in the Seven Dials neighborhood in London. Getting there was super easy from Gatwick, and the staff at the hotel made the check in very smooth! It is in such a walkable and connected neighborhood (and no noise at night even with the location)! It looks like the hotel has recently been renovated and it is gorgeous. The rooms are cozy, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is worth it too. We have found our new favourite hotel in London!
