"A really nice central hotel"

2026-02-26

Very nice stay at this lovely hotel. It’s our go to hotel when going out to the theatre or concerts as it’s so centrally located in busy Seven Dials. I booked through room via the app, which gives lots of advantages. We were upgraded from a premium room to a corner suite. The room was lovely - newly refurbished, spacious and very quiet as it was on the seventh floor. Very pleased with help from the staff (including the upgrade - thank you) . They suggested Hawksmoor Seven Dials for dinner (we said we fancied a steak) and had an excellent dinner prior to attending a concert at Ronnie Scott’s. The hotel is best located if you want to be within walking distance of shops, restaurants and theatres.

"First class experience at the Radisson Blu Mercer Street London"

Second visit to the Radisson Blu Mercer Street London . Spent two nights and a great experience from start to finish. Birthday celebration and champagne reception a lovely touch.. Recently renovated rooms immaculate and well appointed.. Everything brand new , room spotless and comfortable.. Great nights sleep with zero noise ( always a bonus for a central city location). Staff always friendly and helpful with a personal and attentive manner. Breakfast a real highlight. First class ingredients, great selection from buffet and superb made to order menu.. Perfect location to explore London and will definitely return..

"Wonderful Stay with Perfect Staff"

I have been in London many times for business as well as leisure. Due to my business, I am traveling 8months in a year therefore I stay in many hotels. This time, we (with my family) choose to stay in Radisson Blue Mercer Street. Hotel is very nice, good location, clean on the and the staff, Mr. Yacine, Ms. Helen, Mr. Jude made everything perfect for us. They had taken care of all our needs, very kind & helpful and their guidance was very appreciated. Due to their approach, i would always stay in Radisson Blue Mercer Street in all my next trips. Good people in the companies really make a big difference for customers' choices and I am thankful for their service & Radisson Group to work with such nice people in their group.

"Excellent for traveling with tweens"

We stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel, London Mercer Street for a two-day mom-and-tween trip to London, and it was absolutely perfect for us. The location couldn’t have been better — ideal for sightseeing, visiting museums, shopping, and with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby to choose from. As a mom traveling alone with my child, I appreciated the central location and the comfortable atmosphere both in the hotel and in the surrounding area. Our room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. It felt like a relaxing little haven after long days of exploring the city. The staff truly made our stay special. Everyone was friendly and helpful, offering great tips on how to find our way to the main sights and making sure we felt welcome at all times. A special thank you to George at reception for his advice on how to get to the museums and for recommending restaurants in the evening. We’d also like to thank Mable and Neil for the excellent breakfast service at Monmouth Kitchen. The breakfast itself was very good quality, with plenty of options. We would happily stay there again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to London — especially for a fun and easy mom-and-tween getaway.

"Another fabulous visit - can't wait to go again"

Another fabulous visit - this is by far our favourite hotel when we are on a London trip for the theatre or royal opera house. Our room was lovely, extremely clean, comfortable, plenty of space and well presented. The bed was very comfortable, and wonderful soft pillows . We took a friend with us on this visit and she also loved her room - and breakfast, which has the loveliest spread of any London hotel we have visited. The staff are very friendly and helpful and a delight to deal with - the young lady who checked us in was brilliant (I think she's called Helen). We had a meal in the Monmouth Kitchen again and it was as good as always - great menu choices, excellent food and lovely staff. Can't wait until we visit again!
