Stayed for one night and would definitely choose this hotel again, perfect location in the heart of the tourist areas. Very comfortable beds in a lovely clean room. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful- thanks for answering all our questions Ed!

"Above and Beyond! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

I stayed at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Mercer Street, and the staff here are truly exceptional! From the moment I arrived, everyone was warm, friendly, and eager to help. They even stored my luggage for the weekend while I went to the countryside, making my return check-in effortless. Room service was quick, and the food from the restaurant was honestly the best “hotel food” I’ve ever had. Midway through my trip, I had an accident and fractured my finger — and that’s when the team really went above and beyond. Edward, the head concierge, called around to find a hand specialist and even coordinated with them when they couldn’t reach my U.S. number. Gil and the rest of the front desk staff were just as kind, helping with anything I needed and always greeting me with a smile. The location in Covent Garden couldn’t be better — surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and charm, yet peaceful at night. A truly outstanding stay. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough!

"fabulous stay"

We have stayed here a few times now, and it is always good. As you walk into the hotel, the reception area smells amazing, and the staff are so welcoming and helpful. ( a special mention for Ed ) Our room was spotlessly clean, with a nice comfy bed, lots of hanging space for clothes, fresh water and tea and coffee facilities provided, and a great hot shower with toiletries that smell amazing. Just perfect. The location is right in the middle of theatre land, with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended
