I recently stayed at this hotel and the overall experience was lifted by someone exceptional - Kunika. She was a standout and genuinely made my stay easier. .Kunika was incredibly helpful, always on point, and just great at what she did. Thanks to her, the hotel experience was good in the end ✌🏻

Last minute booking on the day of our stay. We do wish that the hotels own website could offer pricing that they are giving via 3rd party sites (which we booked with). It would be nice to REALLY know that you're getting the best price and not have the need to search the market. The hotel couldn't be more central if it tried - Covent Garden, Soho, West End, right on your doorstep Nice welcome at reception - free upgrade was appreciated Room was huge, with a fabulous view of Leicester Square, and we didn't hear a single sound, either from inside or outside the hotel - despite Leicester Square being right on the doorstep. The only downside is the fact that the rooms need a full refresh. The furniture looks 30+ years old, the shower was a little pathetic, but it worked, with very nice toiletries. TV worked, the room was nice and warm and we were able to open the windows to allow some fresh air overnight - this is always appreciated. All of the staff that we interacted with were very friendly, the lounge area was very pleasant, we sat and watched the London world go by whilst enjoying an unusual, but very nice lunch. Thank you Radisson Blu, Leicester Square - you'll certainly be seeing us again
