Leicester square is very lively into late hours but the double windows and black out curtains blocks the sound and light and we had no issue(Lauren M)
Was an easy location to get to and back from a few theatre shows we went to.(Margaret C)

What anamazing stay , we came to the strangers premier and we were welcomed amd very well lokked after from Alex who showed us directions for pur tickets and gave us informatiom about a stpre we could npt find online. I am brazilan and he spoke to me in portuguese , so that made me feel very noce and that just made me feel amzing, my husband was not with me as he went to the room and i had a bit of difficulties tl explain. I leave thie review as he was super welcoming and very good with the dorections as well as Linda in the evening. I normally don't like to write reviews but i had to as i was very impressed. The brekfast was super nice and we just love thos hotel. My husband and I will come back as we visit london often. Thank uou fpr looking after us and we will be back. The only bad things is that the lift made a noise and housekeeping did not clean that well as we expect , a part from that all amazing THank you to all the team and i hope to see you soon.

The reception team was good had a good time. Check in was fast. Thanks to vinayak he helped us with everything, suggested good restaurants near by and help with the routes as well. Had a good experience

Stay was short but worth every minute. Loved the food from the restaurant. Special thanks to Kunika at reception for recommending good restaurants nearby and looking after us. Would visit again soon.
