This was my first business trip to Kiev; I usually travel to Lviv. I often stay at Radisson hotels abroad, but I didn't expect such service here. The breakfasts are very tasty, and I especially appreciate the vegetarian options. They even offered me a breakfast to go when I left the hotel early, around 5 a.m.

Excellent service and special attention paid to safety and security by the hotel. Below ground car park (level -2) adapted for air raids with hotel warning system. Hotel, including my room was spotlessly clean.

Respected Sir/Madam, I always choose this hotel, Radisson BLU Hotel, Kyiv City Center during my business trips to Kyiv. And our employees from GA Telesis simply adore this hotel. For two reasons: one of the best and most convenient location and the staff. I would like to separately note the highest level of service that the hotel provides to its guests and visitors, as well as the most delicious breakfasts. The staff is extremely attentive and caring. A very important factor is that the hotel has an improvised and fully prepared bomb shelter with all the necessary conditions. Of course, I would like to emphasize the professionalism and vigilance of the hotel Security staff, who are always on duty, always friendly and polite. I would like to thank the entire Team from the Front Desk, maybe I didn’t remember everyone’s names but this is Svyatoslav, who made my check-in, a very polite and pleasant young man, smiling and very attentive Valeria, the wonderful and helpful Lada, from the restaurant Valeria and other Team members, from the Reservation department, the operatives Anastasiia and Maria and I want to appreciate much the wonderful Nadiia Kharlan, Director of Sales department, whom I have known for several years now - she is a great professional, a real hotelier!
