Felt a little claustrophobic in our 'superior' room which was quited cramped.
Because of the rain the small windows had fogged up too.(E C)

I stayed at the Radisson Blu Kochi as a long-term guest, and overall my experience had both highs and lows. The arrival was acceptable, but the check-in process left me feeling somewhat overlooked. The staff member who checked me in, apparently Mr. Prasad, seemed distracted and quickly shifted his attention toward a white gentleman who arrived after me. As an OCI holder, even if I don’t outwardly appear to be a foreigner, I would have appreciated the same level of attention. He also did not clearly explain essential details, such as how to use the lift, and only briefly mentioned basic things like breakfast timings. It was quite confusing at first. Fortunately, Ms. Thushara (GRE) walked by at that moment, noticed my uncertainty near the lift, and kindly accompanied me to my room. She explained everything from A to Z, how to use the key card, the hotel facilities such as the spa and laundry service, and all the room features. I truly appreciated her thoughtfulness and clarity. My experience at the Club Lounge was excellent thanks to the wonderful staff, Roslin, Deepika, and Jesmon. They always greeted me warmly and checked in regularly to see what I needed. Chef Renjith at the live cooking station consistently prepared delicious dishes for me. His appam was the highlight of my stay, unfortunately, I only discovered it on my last day, which I deeply regret because I missed enjoying it during the rest of my stay. Rose and Anakha (Front Office) did their best to resolve an issue with my booking and handled it quickly and efficiently. Housekeeping, handled by Amal and Abhinav, was outstanding. They took great care of my room every day, remembered every detail and preference, and delivered an excellent standard of service. And once again, I want to acknowledge Ms. Thushara (GRE) for her exceptional hospitality. She consistently ensured my stay was smooth and comfortable, often going above and beyond and truly made me feel like a VIP. As a solo female traveler, I also want to emphasize that I felt very safe, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout my entire stay. I would absolutely recommend Radisson Blu Kochi to any woman looking for a few days of relaxation and peace of mind. Overall, while the stay started with a few challenges, the team became more attentive as time went on, and I left with a positive impression thanks to the many staff members who made the effort to enhance my experience.

"Radisson Blu Cochin - Affordable luxury in the heart of Cochin"

The hotel is located in the heart of the city with easy proximity to all places. Rooms are well appointed with all facilities. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Restaurant food is average but okay. Overall a good property at a good rate.
