Just returned home following a 6 night stay. Fantastic location for all the trips we had planned and less than an hour from the airport (on a good day 🤣). The staff at this hotel are without doubt what makes this a 5 star hotel. Sadly I arrived at the hotel minus my luggage due to mishandling by the airline. I was dreadfully upset but thanks to Bhumika I had essentials in no time. Thushara was amazing. She helped with advice on where to find an outfit for the wedding I was attending and supported me with making telephone calls to the airline regarding my baggage, she really was amazing. My room was spotless and the daily visits from the housekeeping team was much appreciated. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice to suit everyone. Some mornings it was busy which resulted in queuing so I would suggest to go earlier or later. We also enjoyed drinks and food on the roof top bar. Excellent service and lovely food and delicious drinks. Not many guests used this which was a shame.I would 100% recommend. Make sure you have your mosquito spray!! We enjoyed a couple of swims. The pool was clean and tidy with towels available. The security team willingly helped us each morning with locating our driver and always with a smile.
