We had a room on the executive level. Bigger room and better overview of the city.(Sharjah)
Plenty of complimentary bottled water provided. Ask for washcloths up front if you need them. They aren’t in the room.(Mary S)

This was our second stay at Raddisson Blu Kayseri- it is well located, very clean and the rooms are large. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. The roof top bar is lovely- amazing sunset views of the city and snowy Erciyes. Good selection at breakfast - highly recommend this hotel.

Superb stay at Radisson Kayseri. Well located and with fantastic staff, exceptional kind and helpful the reception staff and Manager on duty (Bahar Burak). Organised a football ticket for me. Looking forward to come back.
