The best international chain hotel in Kashgar. Although staff do not speak much English, they are friendly & eager to help. Rooms are clean & super comfortable but like all hotels we stayed in Xinjiang, all had smell of cigarette smoke. Elevators also had strong cigarette smell. The hotel breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of choices of international & local food.
I was thoroughly pleased by this hotel and the wonderful and professional staff. The hotel was clean, warm, in good repair and with a delicious breakfast. The staff was helpful, welcoming and patience. I would like to especially thank and recognize PAN Xingyu and Marry. We met them each day at the breakfast service and they went above and beyond expectations with their help, explanations, suggestions and warm welcome. This is a nice hotel. easy to get a taxi in front of the hotel to go anywhere. The room was clean and comfortable.
This is actually a great hotel. Front desk upgraded us to a nice room with good views and threw in free breakfast. Room was comfortable, cozy. Service in the restaurants and front desk was great. I have no elite status at this hotel but they treated me well. Two giant thunbs up. Location is a little out of the way. At first I wanted to live in the old town but this ended up being a great location, easy to get to old town but not too noisy and crowded like old town. Got to see more of regular life in Kashgar here Overall, I recommend this property. I'll come back next time I go to Kashgar.
Radisson is the best hotel in Kashgar. They had someone at desk who could speak English and were helpful upon arrival and throughout visit. Current visits require all visitors who live in another province in China to do a quick Covid test upon check in. Although this is odd to others in China, it’s a requirement in every hotel in Xinjiang and hotel was helpful about it. The food at the breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff wrote a few things for me in Chinese and helped me hail taxis. Although a little away from some main sights it was quick and inexpensive to get places from here. FYI- just hail a cab- it says DiDi works in Kashgar but they don’t really have many cars here. Oh, and the beds were very comfortable at this hotel.
The Radisson-Blu Hotel in Kashgar is a large, modern Hotel that is centrally located in the city. The Hotel is only minutes away from many popular attractions such as the Kashgar Bazaar, Kashgar Old City, Id Kah Mosque, etc. For some people, staying at such a nice modern clean hotel when your purpose is to explorer the sites along the Ancient Silk Road may not seem appropriate. But for myself, I very much prefer to stay at a very comfortable hotel after a long day touring or traveling to all the various sites around the city. The Radisson Blu Hotel was definitely very comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend this Hotel when visiting Kashgar - it is very nice.
