Parking is not for free, the staff at the dinner restaurant don't write down you order so you can get the wrong meal. It got fast corrected.(Angelique M)

Location was great, just off the highway but in a quiet location. It was easy to check in and offload our luggage at the entrance. We were greeted warmly by the friendly staff at both the reception desk and bar/restaurant. Great service. Food and drink prices were decent. Appreciated the little things, like free peanut snacks during happy hour. Breakfast buffet was a terrific value, similar to the Radisson Blu we stayed at in Bruges in 2022. Always lots of delicious choices. Room was spacious and comfortable. Although we didn't use them, the sauna and exercise room were great benefits. It would have been nice to have a note card in our room to provide an orientation with a short description of available hotel benefits and services and their operating hours.

Marvellous stay, kind and attentioned employees. They will do everything for you… very quiet even if you are right next to the higway. Great food, great breakfast and lovely room with a high level of comfort ( the bed was wonderfull) Super fair prices ! What’s not to like !! On of my best stay in the last year time and i visit a lot of hotels!

Best hotel in south germany, baden baden was 20 mins away, strasbourg 1 hr and stuttgart 1 hr. The parking was open and huge

nice luxurious style, clean, good service, easy to sleep, gym, good wifi everywhere, staff kept my forgotten money safe and called me and made records, penny is close by for food shopping; hang-drying clothes in room was a bit difficult, 1 staff can get busy at times and reception procedures can take a bit of time

Got a perfect room for my husband, me and our multi handicapped son! The room and the location was perfect for us on our way from Sweden to Spain!!! Amazing Stuff!!!
