Rush hour traffic really slows the trip from the airport(Evans_Debz)
Reception a few floors up in first set of lifts. Hotel easy to get around and nice park to walk around and relax nearby. (Travello_247)

Excellent experience at this hotel. Great location, good breakfast, nice room, nice toiletries, friendly and helpful staff. Shuttle service to Nelson Mandela Square which is very efficient.

Large, comfortable rooms with great amenities. Delicious food in the restaurant- my steak was perfectly cooked and the breakfast spread was excellent. Staff were all very friendly especially the lovely Bonisile on Reception. Shame this was only an overnight stay and we didn’t have time to take the free shuttle to the Mall or use the pool which looked delightful!
