"Fantastic Penthouse Suite Stay"

We booked for 5 nights in the penthouse suite. I cannot fault any part of our stay. Suite was fantastic and very clean with a full size balcony. Reception/Bar/Restaurant all very clean with attentive and friendly staff. All the food we had was good. We had a couple of minor requests for our room both were dealt with professionaly and quickly. St Helier Town Centre is only a short walk away as is the seafront esplanade and the marina. We will return to the superb hotel in Jersey.

We stayed at the Radisson for my partner’s birthday and honestly, it couldn’t have been more perfect. We booked the Marine Suite, and everything — right down to the smallest details — was just amazing. The staff were absolutely lovely, from the woman at the front desk to the bar and waiter staff, everyone was so kind and welcoming to me and my family. You can really tell they care about their guests. They also went above and beyond for my partner’s birthday with such thoughtful touches in the room — chocolates, wine, and a really special setup that made the whole stay feel so personal and memorable. The room itself was beautiful with incredible views, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was so calm and relaxing. We left feeling completely spoiled and can’t wait to come back again soon! 💕

Could not fault this hotel! Staff very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were hot and plenty of choice.

This is a truly lovely hotel, perfectly situated to easily explore the island, or walk into St Helier. But the best part of this hotel is the staff! We had the warmest welcome, genuine smiles, helpfulness and recommendations. Everyone , from housekeeping to breakfast staff greeted us with a smile. The reception staff are particularly awesome.. We will be back 🫶
