We checked in for 3 nights. We were upgraded to a sea view room which was beautiful. We requested 2 single beds but the first was king size. We were swiftly moved at our request to an equally lovely room 3 doors along. As we had unpacked I left some things in the old room. Celia was extremely helpful and patient as I had to call her twice to retrieve my things! Nothing was too much trouble. We even managed to mess up the safe number and Celia again to the rescue!! I have to say all staff were extremely polite and helpful. The waiters were very attentive at all times. Food was second to none. We had a fantastic Sunday lunch and an amazing Asian buffet on Monday evening. The location is prime. Close to the town centre and next to cineworld where we saw a film. Pablo’s wine bar is also next door where we enjoyed some wine. Overall a fabulous stay. We will certainly be back.

The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming, sorting any problems we had quickly and efficiently. Great location and facilities. Would definitely recommend if the price fits your budget. Got a free nights stay through BA. Even their air crew stay here.

Stayed here for NYE and another night and the hotel was fantastic. Very spacious and rooms are massive. Didn’t use the health facilities but did go to look and they seem great. Breakfast was great with a good choice. Close to central St Helier about 10 mins walk. Thanks fora great stay.

Popped back to Jersey for a few days to see family and usually stay here. Room was excellent, view amazing. Breakfast was hearty and high quality, and as always the staff we friendly and could't do enough to help you.

We have just enjoyed a 3 night break between Christmas & new year andit was just perfect. The room was spacious & clean. The breakfast provisions were ample, hot and plentiful- regularly topped up. The restaurant was clean, welcoming & spacious. The menu had just the right amount of choices for both lunch & dinner. With the marina & beach literally walking distance you couldn't ask for more! The cinema complex is just across the road and town centre 15mins walk so pretty central. What really sets this hotel is the staff. They're all extremely friendly, welcoming & helpful. They are a credit to the hotel. Reception staff, Dale & Baraka are just some of the outstanding team. We will definitely be back!
