Lovely hotel in a great location. Breakfast was good but they struggled at the weekend with the numbers. Our room was good but lacked decent storage for clothes.

Lovely food and service in the restaurant, both Mariams were extremely attentive, helpful and friendly! Highly recommend!

Amazing food and excellent service. Everything we ordered was delicious, and the waitress, New Mariam, was incredibly professional and kind, which really elevated the whole experience. I’ll definitely be coming back.

We checked in for 3 nights. We were upgraded to a sea view room which was beautiful. We requested 2 single beds but the first was king size. We were swiftly moved at our request to an equally lovely room 3 doors along. As we had unpacked I left some things in the old room. Celia was extremely helpful and patient as I had to call her twice to retrieve my things! Nothing was too much trouble. We even managed to mess up the safe number and Celia again to the rescue!! I have to say all staff were extremely polite and helpful. The waiters were very attentive at all times. Food was second to none. We had a fantastic Sunday lunch and an amazing Asian buffet on Monday evening. The location is prime. Close to the town centre and next to cineworld where we saw a film. Pablo’s wine bar is also next door where we enjoyed some wine. Overall a fabulous stay. We will certainly be back.

The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming, sorting any problems we had quickly and efficiently. Great location and facilities. Would definitely recommend if the price fits your budget. Got a free nights stay through BA. Even their air crew stay here.
