First of all, the best part of this hotel is amazing personnel. Everyone is so polite and patient. Breakfast is spectacular, with lots of amazing traditional and international food - from eggs Benedict and salmon to turkish pita. Parking and spa are free, which is great. Spa is nice, medium outdoor and indoor pools. Shower cap is required in indoor pool. Hotel is huge, but you don't feel rush at all because it is organized very good, with lots of elevators. Everything is clean! Regarding rooms - we booked Superior Suite with Lounge access which is huge (over 90 m2) BUT unacceptable flaw was the fact that room is very dark with one small window in the living room with very bad view. There is no natural light at all, especially in bedroom which has no windows or air whatsoever. We reserved it hoping that it will be among the best since it is second most expensive in the hotel. We stayed one night there and changed room to smaller apartment Suite with City view and Lounge access (72m2) which is cheaper and way better. Huge recommedation is to reserve this apartment and not the larger one. This one is beautiful - two large windows in both rooms, lots of light, everything is doubled - two large toiletes, two TVs. Absolutely perfect. Heads up - you cannot open windows on your own and you have to sign that you will allow someone from the reception to come and open the windows a bit for you. One more HUGE recommendation - reserve the room with lounge access! It is worth the money absolutely! Food is good, for small snack there's actually quite nice choice of regular food (meat and potato not just sandwiches). Very nice area to grab a break from sightseeing. Location is good, metro and bus station nearby, supermarkets etc. Busy street that feels safe. We will definitely come back!
