Radisson Blu Hotel, Istanbul Pera - TripAdvisor traveler rating

We are taken care well, in comparable decent customer approach when we are travelling from another ranked 5 resort hotel in Turkey in previous business trip. When we made our check in, we had few requests such as extending 1 hour check out and prepare for taxi etc. and upgrade the room even we are not the member. Those are very taken care in quick way. The room provided is very nice and located in nice view. Room set up is clean and big. With all the things you might need for business travel. We didn't reserve the top roof restaurant earlier but still be able to be serviced with nice closing window seats. Food is great specially the recommended desert food. Dinner is really value for the money with such good view and taste and service.

The moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a very kind and enthusiastic hotel manager named Yusuf. After a very long trip from Asia he gave me the ability to check-in early so I could rest. Thank you very much Yusuf. The assigned room was clean, spacious and I had a beautiful view on the Golden Horn. The bed and pillows are very good, the service and facilities of the hotel are top-notch and all of the staff are helpful and kind. Breakfast was also nice with lots of options and the restaurant at the top floor serves delicious food with an amazing view on the city! I would like to thank Yusuf and all others for a pleasant stay - its very much appreciated. I will definitely return in the future and highly recommend everyone to book your stay at Radisson Blu Pera!

This was my 27th stay at this lovely hotel since 2018. From booking with Can and Fatma in the reservations department, to checking in with Emrah at the front desk, it was once again a pleasure. Thanks to these people, I have already booked a further stay at the end of this month. I would also like to add that as a business traveller, one who has the pleasure of dining at many hotels, the serving of Spaghetti Bolognese cooked by Chef Oğulcan was the tastiest I've ever tried. I hope Oğulcan is on duty in the kitchen when I return.

Mr Yusuf at the reception was really helpful and helped us through the whole check in process and also he did help us with places to go around istanbul. The rooms are a little compact but good. Hoping to come back soon.
