Very relaxing atmosphere, good options for breakfast. Room was clean and staff were very friendly. When asked for anything, they were especially helpful. Murat in particular was very helpful.

I have been to this hotel twice, and I really like it. The location is perfect, and it's 10 minutes away from the Central Exhibition Centre of Istanbul. This hotel has a high level of cleanliness, and their staff are super kind and will help you with all the things that you would probably need. The reception desk is also welcoming. Despite the fact that not so many people in the hotel speak good English, they are at least trying to make contact with the customers in order to help. The lobby is big enough, and welcome point with the detox, fruit, and cakes are also lovely. I could say that the good part of this hotel is the services that they provide. For example, they offer an indoor swimming pool, gym, and a Turkish bath for free with your room reservation. Also, they have an incredibly nice outdoor pool, which is more like a place to sit around and enjoy the atmosphere and the beauty of the nature around it. Rooms are pretty clean, offering water, a working desk, and a sofa with options for pillows and a very clean bed. The bathroom and shower are very clean, but unfortunately, the hot water is not stable. If you book a room with a view of the sea, you can sit outside on the balcony and have an incredible view of the sunset in the reddish sky and also the coast, and all the ships in the sea. I think this hotel has almost everything to be among the greatest hotels in Istanbul, and something that makes it even better is the amazing breakfast, which embodies a five-star hotel. Finally, for people who have been to Istanbul several times, they know it's so hard to find taxis there. But this hotel has a taxi station just one minute away, and most of the taxis are coming and waiting in front of the hotel door for you. Last but not least, if you are into luxury places in Istanbul, there is a center within a 10-minute walk from the hotel with several incredibly high-status restaurants and cafes, which is called Fişekhane.
