We had a wonderful extended stay at Radisson Blu Hotel & Convention Center, Alexandria during December. The Christmas decorations created a warm and joyful atmosphere throughout the hotel. Traveling with a baby, we found the hotel extremely family-friendly. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable for a long stay. A special thank you to Mr. Tarek, the General Manager, for kindly upgrading our room after seeing the length of our stay and that we were traveling with a baby—such a thoughtful gesture that truly made us feel valued. The staff were consistently welcoming, food quality was good, and service was attentive. Overall, a relaxing and memorable stay. Highly recommended for families and long stays in Alexandria.

Our stay at the RB was nothing short of outstanding. The rooms were spacious, the beds very comfortable, very clean, and the staff were incredible. We had a medical emergency in the middle of the night and the night manager, Anton, and his staff brought us to the hospital, came to check on us while we were waiting for test results and made sure we had the medicine from the pharmacy and then walked with us to our room. The housekeeper that cleaned our room was thorough and so kind and helpful - even though she didn’t speak much English. The linens were refreshed each day and provided plenty of water. All of the restaurant staff made sure every need was met whether through the morning buffet or the room service. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. The staff kindness was what you would expect from a small boutique hotel not a major hotel chain. They went above and beyond our highest expectation. If you want to be cared for and pampered, Stay here… you will LOVE it!
