"BEST Place to stay in Alexandria!"

Our stay at the RB was nothing short of outstanding. The rooms were spacious, the beds very comfortable, very clean, and the staff were incredible. We had a medical emergency in the middle of the night and the night manager, Anton, and his staff brought us to the hospital, came to check on us while we were waiting for test results and made sure we had the medicine from the pharmacy and then walked with us to our room. The housekeeper that cleaned our room was thorough and so kind and helpful - even though she didn’t speak much English. The linens were refreshed each day and provided plenty of water. All of the restaurant staff made sure every need was met whether through the morning buffet or the room service. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. The staff kindness was what you would expect from a small boutique hotel not a major hotel chain. They went above and beyond our highest expectation. If you want to be cared for and pampered, Stay here… you will LOVE it!

"Great place for business"

The service is excellent food specially breakfast is great, customer support Alia takes really good care of small details The parking staff at the gates are very friendly and fast, specially Mr.Nour and Abdulla great guys

"Very comfortable"

Very comfortable rooms. Kids club and heated pool in winter. Its a venue for weddings so might be noisy depending on location of ur room. Mr Rami who is superivising in the Lakes restaurant is an asset to the hotel..he is very decidated to his job, kind and he always takes good care of us. We'll glady keep coming back.
