"Favourite hotel in Hamburg"

Enjoyed everything about my stay at the Radisson: friendly welcome, delicious food at Balaustine restaurant, very clean and well maintained rooms. The highlight for me is the rooftop bar offering breathtaking views over Hamburg. Perfect location to explore the city as the hotel is very central and well connected by public transport. Personalised service in all areas even though the hotel is quite large. Will definitely be back soon!

Fantastic hotel very centrally located but also quiet and relaxing. The staff are fantastic and committed to making sure you have a great stay, a big shout out to Luca, Francisco from reception and Sebastian from the bar. Rooms are good size, comfortable and sound proofed- I had a great view of the park and city. There are two bars (one on the roof!) and restaurants, and in terms of value/quality, this hotel is spot on. There is a train and underground station on the door step. Ideal for business or vacation, I'd stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was clean and staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and the central location next to the train station was very good. Will definitely stay there again and recommend it

"Very friendly staff"

We really enjoyed this hotel. It was busy at check in and our rooms weren’t quite ready but we were offered free drinks in the bar which was more than acceptable. The views were incredible and the Planten un Blomen park nearby was lovely to walk around. Staff were so helpful and friendly, even offered me a cappuccino to go when checking out!

We have been in this hotel 2 times. One time in Premium room and one time in superior room. Both times the view from room was fabiolus. Breakfast was delicious and our opinion very big choice.
