Just had a wonderful experience with Deepak, a complementary upgrade to accommodate our family and he got us in a little early to assist with getting out to an event! Couldn’t recommend more.

The hotel is a short ride with tram 17 from Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof, in an area with no noise. Nice it also houses a swimming pool. Good breakfast

Having stayed at this hotel 68 nights in 18 months, I have now taken this as the only hotel I will stay in whilst in Frankfurt. Even though I am a Diamond member with HILTON, the Radisson Frankfurt has more personality, hence why I keep coming back. The rooms are great, I always get recognised as a VIP member and the reception staff go out of their way to make sure I have one of the best rooms. All of the reception knows Me by name. The staff are friendly and speak fluent English. Very Safe hotel with attentive managers. I had an incident with a male trying to get into the hotel just to use the sauna and swimming pool. He told me his wife was ill in one of the rooms and his card did not work in the lift. So (stupidly) I used my card to let him see his wife. But I was fooled by this male and the female with him. He went to the 18th floor. The 18th floor is dedicated to the fitness area/ swimming pool and sauna. There are no bedrooms on the 18the floor. After I realised this male was unlawfully accessing the hotels leisure facilities, i immediately informed Adel who is one of the front office managers. Even though he was not even on duty, he was more concerned about the health and safety aspect of unknown people in the sauna and fitness area. He asked me to identify the male (and another female whose was with him). Adel (politely) explained the fact that people cannot just bypass reception and use the leisure facilities and then escorted them From the building. This alone shows the team are willing to challenge people who are not guests, whilst adhering to the health and safety regulations. This is an example of how safe this hotel is. The food at this hotel is good and the atmosphere is nice. I have been to many of the Radisson hotels in Germany, and this one is by far the best Radisson hotel in Germany, back again soon. In all, excellent value for money. Thanks again to Sarah, Esta, Adel, and all of the front desk staff and the breakfast staff.
