We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect — the hotel itself, the food, the atmosphere, and especially the stunning views. A very special thank you to the front desk agents, Natalie and Uarda. The moment they found out that we had just gotten married, they surprised us with an upgrade to a better room and made us feel truly celebrated. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth made our stay unforgettable. The hospitality here is outstanding and goes far beyond expectations. This place doesn’t just offer comfort, it creates beautiful memories. Highly recommended, and we can’t wait to come back!

Everything about this hotel is wonderful. From the staff, to the rooms to the view. There is little to fault. The staff are always so kind and very helpful. If you have forgotten something on your travels. It is likely they will have it or be able to tell you where to get it. We come every year before our tradefair as the beds are unbelievably comfy. Today Uarda and her colleague were very friendly and polite when checking us out. They also went above and beyond when helping with our parking issues. Which we greatly appreciate. Thank you so much! I brought my girlfriend to Frankfurt for a weekend getaway and we had an issue with our reservation.
