I just got here and am writing only because I was worried given recent reports about poor room quality and no elevators. Obviously this is just my opinion but my room is fine and one of the two elevators are working !!!!

Stayed a week, most convenient and welcoming hotel. The concierge staff (Daniel and Linda) were exceptional. Location is perfect for easy walking access to restaurants, theaters, Chinatown, West End, Covent Gardens and tube access. Only a 20 minute tube ride to the shops and restaurants in Knightsbridge. Breakfast option is worth it!

This central location hotel is a must. The staff here are so welcoming and always on hand with a smile and greeting. You really feel like you are a valued guest. We were offered an upgrade upon our arrival but decided to go with a standard room as it meant we could check in early - thank you- and we were offered free drinks at the bar. Assistance with our luggage was offered too. Our room had a great view of Leicester Square and once the windows were closed the outside noise was hardly noticed. Our room was clean with a super comfy bed and pillows with a luxurious marbled bathroom. The shower was powerful and amenities plentiful. Breakfast was unhurried with a large selection of fresh items to suit most tastes I would say. For the price and location I would say this is excellent value and adds to the break away. I would definitely stay here again.

Just wanted to leave a few comments for the staff at Radisson Blu Leicester Square. There were a few issues with lifts during my stay but these were easily offset by the great attitude of the staff. Nothing was too much. I'd like to highlight Sonia's exceptional customer service - she went above and beyond, as well at Atul, Aga and Natalia. Highly recommended.
