I had an excellent check-in experience thanks to Tanya at reception. When I arrived, my allergy-free room wasn’t quite ready, but Tanya handled the situation brilliantly. She was friendly, professional and made the whole process completely stress-free. She kept me informed, found a solution quickly and genuinely made life so easy for me. It’s rare to come across someone who is both efficient and so personable at the same time. A great first impression of the hotel and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Tanya!

I stay here for work on a weekly basis, I have to say the staff are exceptional and welcoming. From checking in, to my evening meal and then breakfast everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Special mention to Summer, one of the girls who does breakfast clear up and service, it’s special when they know you and your preferences as soon as you walk in. That is customer service that can’t be bought. Well done!!!
