Had a lovely stay in Easter Sunday. Scarlett who helped us check in was very helpful and friendly. We did not plan for a river view room , however would recommend and will definitely pay extra for in the future. Room was very hot unable to control temperature which was the only negative. Room was very clean , bed comfy. Breakfast really nice amend again staff very friendly and accommodating to peoples requests. I’m confident we will stay again!

Excellent experience. Definitely my hotel stay of choice in Durham. Comfortable room and bed and centrally located Reception staff very helpful and friendly but particular recognition must go to Holly who went above and beyond and seemed to genuinely care about her guests - sourcing some cookies for me when I was there unable to purchase them in the hotel.

This was my first visit to Durham to meet my Husband who works there so this was a mix of business and pleasure. The Radisson do not disappoint and I already want to plan my next visit. From parking up to checking in I felt very welcome by Chloe who may I add is a real asset to the hotel. She was super friendly, helpful and set a fantastic first impression of the hotel. The location is great so easy to access lots of nearby eateries and bars but equally if you want a night in there is plenty to do there too. There is a spa area, bar and I did notice you can order room service too. The rooms were very clean and spacious and the bed was really comfy. I will definitely return, thank you for a fantastic stay and thank you Chloe for your warm welcome.

We stayed at the raddison last night. Alex on reception was very helpful & lovely. He upgraded us to a fab junior suite we highly recommend overlooking the river. A lovely relaxing stay all the staff were lovely.

Lovely hotel, great amenities. We particularly liked breakfast. The team are friendly and attentive.
