I stayed for one night and had a really great experience. Jordan, Nurie and Charlotte were all brilliant throughout breakfast, really welcoming. Everything felt well looked after and nothing was too much trouble. the food was fresh and well presented, which set the day off perfectly. Thank you to the whole team for making the stay so enjoyable. I’d happily return.
To book direct to the app was difficult for whatever reason, so I have managed to book True, true Booking.com. But I missed to book breakfast because the way was worded it. Never mind, I decide to add that when I will arrive at the hotel. Very friendly staff. Very welcome. The trouble is there the price for breakfast on the site was £10 or £12 breakfast that could be add it after, the price on arrival was £20 a day before or £24 something in the day you want breakfast. I thought that it is a bit unusual/unfair. But never mind… was my choice to pay the £20 for Saturday, just because I want a relaxing morning…not to fight on busy Saturday morning to find a place to eat. So I paired the price. Nothing to complain about breakfast… lots of people working to keep the buffet tidy and stocked, and clean tables. I probably in my mind expected a bit more variety. As a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hotel. Probabil people have sometimes high expectations. So nothing really to complain about. I have used the swimming pool and the steam room. Clean towel, warm and cosy. I had a lovely room watching over the river. Just wonderful. I didn’t really had time to relax to long in the room, as I was out in about. But I have enjoyed it. The location was very good as well. So I will still say excellent Thank you
This hotel is situated in an excellent part of the city, with a great view of the river, it's facilities are excellent and couldn't fault a thing, absolutely fabulous breakfast
Spent two nights at the Radisson in a superior room. Arrived at the hotel around 2pm, plenty of parking available at a very good rate for its location. Very easy to use, camrea recognises your registration and you pay at a machine in the reception. You can come and go as you please and are just charged the once. Check in was quick, we were a little early but the room was ready, friendly professional service from the girl working reception. The room was huge. Lots of storage and imaculately clean and very nicely decorated. The view was over the back of the hotel. But even that was very nice looking out into the trees. Bathroom spotless also. Location of the hotel is perfect, just a few minutes walk down the river and you're in the centre. Very picturesque setting. Breakfast was delicious and great value for what was on offer. You can order a la carte (salmon was plentiful) and there is also a full buffet for English breakast. Everything I tried tasted great. Coffee was nice and a large tea selection available. Also I loved the option for paper take away cups which we did so you can take something with you at the end. Have to mention the spa which really made our stay that extra bit special. The pool was large enough to do some lengths. Along with Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Again everything so clean. Even the changing rooms were spotless. (don't forget to take your £1 coin for the locker). I can't fault anything about the hotel, I will definitely stay here again when I am next up visiting family in the beautiful city of Durham. Thanks Radisson!!! Room 364!
