The hotel is exceptionally good and the standard are quite high. I loved the convenience of accessing the mall via the hotel . The room was spacious and very clean.

I was very impressed with the staff from the reception all the way up as everyone made us feel so welcome. Lovely rooms and well maintained and very clean. The only down side the restaurant meals at night way to expensive and that's why ate outside hotel in the evenings, only had one meal at the Firelake restaurant in the evening.

Overnight stay was relaxing and the views were amazing. The room was spacious and comfortable. Room was decorated beautifully and the bubbly was nice and chilled.
