We are having a fantastic stay and dining experiences at the hotel restaurant! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and positive energy that it instantly set the tone for the evening. Thank you to Alyssa and Rahul for being attentive, professional, friendly, and somehow always one step ahead without ever being intrusive. The service is genuinely thoughtful, and the whole team make us feel incredibly well looked after. It’s rare to come across hospitality that feels this effortless and authentic.

We had the pleasure of staying at Radisson Blu Waterfront Dubai, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautifully located with stunning views, modern rooms, and a very comfortable atmosphere. What truly made my stay exceptional, however, was the level of service provided by the team. A special thank you to Front Office Manager Mr.Arshad and Mr. Hamdy, whose professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive. They ensured everything ran smoothly and went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. I would also like to highlight Lola at the reception, who welcomed me with such warmth and genuine hospitality. Her friendly attitude and willingness to assist made a lasting impression and set the tone for a wonderful stay. It’s rare to find a team so dedicated to guest satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai, and I will definitely be returning.
