I was visiting a Trade Show in Dussledorf and due to high accommodation rates, I booked at the Radisson. As I always stay at this hotel, when being in Cologne. I can only recommend positively. It’s very clean and neat, the staff is friendly and and the room is very modern and clean. Would stay again at this hotel

A highly efficient business hotel where everything simply works. The staff are exceptionally friendly and professional, creating a seamless experience. It’s an excellent choice even for non-business travelers. The transport connections to the city center are very convenient.

Hello, I will write in English as my German isn’t great. I didn’t stay in this hotel but I had an emergency, I lost my phone charger and my card and I needed a phone charger to access my money. I arrived into the hotel reception at around 10pm last night (5/04) and explained my situation to a receptionist who was very kind and lended me a charger for the night. I didn’t see him when I returned the character this morning I guess the staff changed in the morning but I would like to say a big thank you to that kind receptionist for being so kind. If I am ever in köln again I will be staying here as I am so impressed by your staff’s kindness. I hope this message gets passed to the receptionist on as I am very greatful.

Lovely hotel. Great rooms. Great location for the Messe centre. Helpful and friendly staff. Would recommend.

Lovely hotel, staff very attentive, pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and the meal I had in the bar was fabulous. I loved being recognised and feted as a Rewards holder. Room was spacious and clean with all the amenities you’d want.
