Hello, I will write in English as my German isn’t great. I didn’t stay in this hotel but I had an emergency, I lost my phone charger and my card and I needed a phone charger to access my money. I arrived into the hotel reception at around 10pm last night (5/04) and explained my situation to a receptionist who was very kind and lended me a charger for the night. I didn’t see him when I returned the character this morning I guess the staff changed in the morning but I would like to say a big thank you to that kind receptionist for being so kind. If I am ever in köln again I will be staying here as I am so impressed by your staff’s kindness. I hope this message gets passed to the receptionist on as I am very greatful.

Lovely hotel, staff very attentive, pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and the meal I had in the bar was fabulous. I loved being recognised and feted as a Rewards holder. Room was spacious and clean with all the amenities you’d want.

My stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel Stuttgart was overall very pleasant. The hotel is well organized, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is comfortable. What stood out to me in particular was the cleanliness. Both the rooms and the public areas were tidy and well maintained. You can tell that the hotel pays attention to keeping everything clean and in good condition. Overall, it’s a good hotel and I would recommend it
