All good in this hotel. Must stay in this place when u go to Cluj-Napoca. For a good stay must take the Raddison hotel.

"Excellent Modern Hotel"

From the moment of arrival, the warmth of the staff and the genuine, high quality service was notable, from the front desk, to the restaurant to the bar. The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. A special word of commendation for Rares Mare who is Guest Relations Manager. He was truly exceptional and was generous with his time and advice about places to see, both locally and further afield. The room and facilities in the hotel are generally of a high quality and it was a peaceful and relaxed place to stay. The property itself is very well located next to the public park with a pleasant 10 to 15 minute walk to the centre of the old town of Cluj. The old town itself is underrated but has a very relaxed and safe vibe with interesting sites and buildings.

Many positive things have been written about this hotel and its staff. It's a really excellent, well-managed property. My room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower worked brilliantly – and was one of the best I've ever experienced. The air-conditioning was exceptional: It was very, very quiet (almost silent), and was very efficient indeed. At night I set it at 17.5º C, and slept well. When I woke up, I set it at 22.5º C, and by the time I'd showered, the set temperature had already been reached in the room. The bathroom temperature was also comfortable, as it had a separate easily-controlled radiator. In my view, it is these details that set this hotel apart from many other decent chain hotels. Excellent!
