Only one point for improvement...fix your hot water system I was without hot water for 48hours. This was not good especially after a very long flight from Australia.

I would like to commend the very professional and high-quality service we received from Radisson Blu Cebu during our recent Supply Chain Conference. This is not the first time they have hosted our event for Timex Group. It is a major annual gathering where stakeholders from different countries come together to work on strategic plans for the organization. Once again, the team ensured that everything ran smoothly. I would especially like to recognize Irene from the banquet team, who tirelessly supported all our requests throughout the event. Her manager, Mr. Joven David, was also very accommodating and even helped us with special requests from our conference attendees. The IT team, Jessie and Kyle, went above and beyond by providing their mobile numbers to make sure they could immediately assist if any connectivity issues arose during the meetings. Their readiness gave us great peace of mind. Our four-day event ran seamlessly—from the meetings to the logistics. The concierge team also did an excellent job coordinating airport transfers and daily transportation between the hotel and our office. Everything was smooth, and our VIP guests were very well taken care of. The Sales and Marketing team didn’t just organize the event—they made sure to check in with us daily to ensure everything was going well. That level of attention truly reflects the kind of hospitality experience they provide. Because of the dedication of their team, our event was a success. Radisson Blu Cebu truly feels like a home for our conferences. Thank you again, and we look forward to many more successful events together.

Great place to stay.only issue was the pool was closed for construction .staff treated everyone nicely

The rooms are large and spacious, very well maintained and clean. The bed is very comfortable. The staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast selection is excellent, many options for all tastes. For smokers, the only minus is the smoking area which could be better arranged and maybe closer, easier to access.

Had a lovely stay, great location as you can cross the road to the SM mall or easily get a taxi or grab to any nearby location. Staff very friendly and professional. One of the notable things was that the hotel messaged us in advance that the pool was under maintanence. This simple communication meant we knew about it, and had no dissapointment on the day. Other hotels should follow the Radisson in professionalism and communication.
