The hotel is next to the SM mall and the bus terminal. So you can get the bus from Mactan airport and arrive at the hotel for a few pesos.(ian H)

Staff are friendly and very accommodating. Very clean room, comfortable bed, and relaxing sofa. Food are superb! Spe Bicol express and Pork Sisig. Love it!

Amazing hotel, will stay there again. Service is excellent, rooms are clean and comfy and modern. Haven't tried the pool because it was being renovated, but the gym and spa were pretty cool.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay here! After a grueling, exhausting flight, I arrived at the hotel hours before the standard check-in time, completely wiped out and desperate for a shower and some rest. Instead of making us wait in the lobby or charging an astronomical fee, the front desk staff went above and beyond to get us into a room a few hours early. That simple act of kindness and exceptional customer service completely turned my day around and allowed me to actually enjoy the rest of our trip. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed, but it’s the genuine hospitality and empathy of the staff that truly sets this hotel apart. We will absolutely be staying here again next time we are in town. Highly recommended!
