I really enjoyed my stay. The bed was really comfortable. The view was lovely. The lifts were smooth and speedy and I couldn't hear them. Provided water and fruit in the reception area. I had such a peaceful easy stay. The value for money was great for the location. My only issue was the parking. The website says ring to book it or discuss locations to park but I couldn't get through on the phone so when I arrived I just ended up getting lost In Bristol, driving around the hotel area and then parking in a really expensive place but at least the parking I ended up in was super secure and safe.

In a word: Excellent! I attend a concert at the Bristol Beacon, book an overnight stay and it is convenient and comfortable with helpful, friendly staff...oh, and great views across the city.

Excellently clean hotel, the lady at reception Mariia went above and beyond welcoming our party to the hotel after a long travel. Friendly staff, comfortable beds for the night.

"Great city centre hotel"

Stayed for 2 nights for our friends 40th Birthday party. We stayed on the 13th floor and had fabulous views over Bristol city and the river and also got a lovely view of the rememberance day parade from our huge window. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious and had everything we needed including fridge and a nepresso coffee machine. Breakfast was lovely with lots to choose from. The hotel is close to everything that bristol has to offer, bars, restaurants and shops all within close proximity.

"Great location, good hotel & lovely breakfast"

Brilliant location , perfect for our venue just a 5 minute walk away. Reception / Check in was welcoming & efficient , room lovely had everything we needed with some quality products in the bathroom , a Nespresso & Tea options with bottled water too. The only addition would be to have better black out curtains or remember to bring an eye mask! Bar was ok and open till midnight so good for a nightcap The breakfast was very good - buffet style English Breakfast but all fresh and lovely alongside freshly baked bread and continental options. Would recommend stay again. Only slight challenge was the super tight car park - if you have a larger vehicle I’d use the main car park next door.
