We've stayed here many times, and always found the hotel very pleasant to stay in. for work and leisure events. The staff are really nice and hard-working, and I must make a special mention of manager Markos Exarchos, who was especially kind, patient and helpful when I encountered a problem with the booking. Great hotel!

I loved the premium room I stayed in. Very spacious with a fabulous city view and a very comfy bed. Best night's sleep in ages! All the extras you get with this room such as robe and slippers made it extra special. The location was perfect for the train station and the Hippodrome theatre, both only a very short walk away. There is also an extensive choice at breakfast. I didn't go for the cooked options, but very much enjoyed the continental breakfast. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

In my experience, this hotel is great value for money. The entire hotel (including our room) was spotless. I was a bit hesitant given the overall rating for this hotel, but I think this is maybe based on some historic ratings. I feel like it has improved a lot. I would recommend.

We held a conference from 3rd to 6th December. We arranged a group booking for attendees, including accommodation and breakfast. The Radisson Blu team demonstrated professionalism, warm hospitality and thoughtful consideration when handling change requests. Their quotations were reasonable and their responses prompt. Attendees reported an exceptionally pleasant stay. We will certainly use their services again and recommend them here.
