"Exceptional hospitality - Olivia is a real credit to the hotel"

I was here for business and would very happily come back. The room was excellent! It was clean and had everything. Great location too. I want to mention Olivia who made me feel welcomed. She was friendly and professional, and went out of her way to make sure I was looked after. A huge thank you to Olivia and the rest of the team for such a welcoming and enjoyable stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Can't believe some of the complaints, we've stayed in hotels allover the world and can't fault this one. Nice staff (nate) good central location, nice clean well maintained room, good cold pint of staropramen in the bar. What's not to like? Will stay again

Superb meeting venue. The pre meeting information was excellent. Before, during and after the team provided excellent customer service. Beautiful meeting room. Great lunch. Perfect location near with great transport links.
