I m an event coordinator and i was there with a group of doctors. Miss Navarro and her team, as well as the restaurant manager and her staff, and just like the reception manager were very helpful and reactive .Thank you again for all your help ! The hotei is wonderfully situated and very practicle . Thanks to the team : It was a pleasure!
My stay at the Radisson Blu hotel was excellent. Staff were very polite . I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend to others. Also the offer of a cot for my 8 month old was available.
GM, read this out at your morning meeting, which I know you do because it really matters to yourself and your team. Crikey, how difficult is it to satisfy the masses? Really hard reading some of your revues. But, sometimes you deserve 5* for the way you recover a situation rather than the substance or the style. On more occasions than seem coincidental, we have experienced over the years NO HOT WATER in Birmingham hotels. Is it us? As far as I'm concerned It is the cardinal sin. A receptionist in a well known establishment on Colmore Row (a very Grand place) actually shrugged at me when this happened last year, simply unacceptable and I probably won't go back. We stayed Friday night waking up Saturday to the dreaded - no hot water. Long story short; called reception spoke to Hajia (it's OK if that isn't her real name and I get the gag), and within minutes, MINUETES mind, we were brought keys to a spare room that did hot water. Quite remarkable and resulting in instant very happy customers. Well done, a BIG thank you and I'm now a Radisson fan!
Everyone was so friendly and kind. Very attentive and hands on too. Great location and such comfortable beds, it was amazing. Everything was great really. Will definitely be back!
Had a great stay, hotel really handy from Birmingham airport (via New St Station), comfy rooms, great breakfast, great staff, nothing to complain about really (other than perhaps a shower head that could have spread the water a bit wider?!)
