A few minutes walk from Birmingham New Street Station, so very easy to get to. The atmosphere was pleasant, clean and the staff very professional. We were in Lunar meeting room, which was layered out perfectly for our work event, the room was set cabaret style, with 3 screens, so all attendees could view slides and presentations, the equipment used for sound/microphone was perfect and no one had problems hearing the presenters. There was no external noises that interfered in our event. The food provided was very delicious and all colleagues were very happy with the selection, Radisson Blu met the dietary requirements as requested, and all in all it was value for money. I would recommend Radisson Blu if you are holding a Business event.

I’ve now stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel Birmingham for the third time, and it just keeps getting better; this is easily one of my go-to hotels in Birmingham. From the moment I made my booking, the experience was seamless. I had a special request which was acknowledged by email and handled quickly well ahead of my stay, which immediately set the tone for the level of service to expect. It’s rare to see that kind of proactive communication, and it made a real difference. On arrival, the reception team were outstanding (warm, professional, and efficient) and every member of staff I came across during my stay was just as friendly and helpful. Reception were prompt and empowered to immediately act upon any requests. You really get the sense that they care about delivering a great guest experience. The rooms are a real highlight: spacious, modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, with fantastic views over the city from the higher floors. It’s the kind of space where you can genuinely relax and unwind. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options — something for everyone and a great way to start the day. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm, stylish, and well-maintained throughout. Location-wise, it couldn’t be more convenient, right in the heart of Birmingham, within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and transport links. The drop-off point directly outside the hotel is a big plus, and the secure parking just a 2-minute walk away makes things incredibly easy if you’re driving. All in all, this hotel delivers consistently high standards across the board- comfort, service, location, and attention to detail. It’s no surprise I keep coming back, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable stay in Birmingham. This shouldn’t be 3.7 on tripadvisor - it deserves much higher!

We recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Birmingham with a U12 girls football team group, and I can honestly say the experience was excellent from start to finish. The check-in process was seamless and extremely well organised, which made a huge difference given the size of our group arriving together. The staff were welcoming, efficient, and very accommodating throughout our stay. A special mention to Marta, who was outstanding. Her communication, organisation, and friendly approach made everything so easy for us — she was a pleasure to deal with from the initial booking right through to our stay. We were also very grateful for the lunch provided on arrival, which was a fantastic touch and really appreciated after travelling. Overall, a brilliant experience. The hotel was ideal for our group trip, and we would have no hesitation in staying here again in the future. Highly recommended!
