Radisson Blu Hotel, Basel - TripAdvisor traveler rating

I would recommend this Hotel to anybody staying in Basel it is well worth what you pay for. Extremely clean throughout. Everything you need is in your Room. Leisure Facilities including pool are Excellent. The Breakfast caters for all tastes. Every staff member is so very Customer Focused especially the Lady at the Front Desk Anna was her name she was the best Front of House Person I have ever come across. We will definitely be back. The hotel is also in a great Location beside all amenities.

Beautiful hotel run by fantastic staff - Ali was particularly very friendly and accommodating! The hotel is nestled brilliantly in the heart of Basel not too far from the Rhine and the kunstmuseum

Really nice hotel with a nice pool, wellness area and restaurant/bar. Room was a little smaller than I expected but totally comfortable. Wonderful front desk staff who went out of their way to help me. The restaurant food was absolutely delicious and they have a great selection of drinks too.

Great hotel in a good location. Very quick walk (5-7 mins) to the train station. You also get a Basel card included which you can use on the tram directly outside. Room was very quiet. I would stay at this hotel again if I’m Basel. Staff was really helpful and friendly. Can walk or get the tram to the old town.

Very friendly and helpfull people at the Recepion. The room and the Hotel is very clean. We came for the Tattoo to Basel and as the Hotel is located in the heart of Basel it was easy to get there. The Breakfast was also good.
