Radisson Blu Hotel, Amsterdam Airport - TripAdvisor traveler rating

After a long flight and tiring airport procedures, I arrived at the Radisson Blu Hotel Amsterdam. I was surprised by the way the receptionist, Mr. Mackey, greeted me, which made me smile after raising my eyebrows. He was the best receptionist I have ever met! I know very well whether the warm reception is fake or real. Mr. Mackey has a lot of keys that make him stand out. Very good experience!

This hotel is really nice. The conference facilities where great. During our meeting we had great service and help from the Meeting hostess. Check in was good. Thanks a lot for this amazing time at Schiphol!

The best beds since a long time! Slept like a baby. Good food and breakfast. The staff was so friendly and happy. The reception was very helpful and helped me check out quickly when I was late for a meeting. Definitely will be back.

This is my fourth time staying at this hotel and Mackey was fantastic yet again. He is extremely helpful and attentive and is a real credit to the hotel. Thankyou Mackey for your great service every time I have visited. The hotel was very comfortable and the breakfast great.

10/10 service, definitely a recommendation if staying in Amsterdam or close to Schiphol. The staff overall is very kind, but especially employees of the front desk. They give you a warm welcome and will do everything in order to make your pleasant as good as possible.
