Very professional and very nice, I enjoyed the stay. Will visit again Radisson Blu Hotel in my next trip. I recommend for ALL.
I had a very good overall experience at this hotel. The service was excellent, the rooms were comfortable, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The only downside for me was the location, which felt a bit far from the main areas. Additionally, the entrance to the hotel was slightly inconvenient, as you have to take one elevator to reach the lobby and then switch to another elevator to get to the rooms. Other than that, everything was great and I truly enjoyed my stay.
We stayed for one night at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Amman and everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff were extremely professional and kind — they even upgraded our room to a beautiful family suite without us asking, which was such a lovely surprise and gesture. The room itself was amazing: spacious, clean, and very comfortable. As we were travelling on to Jerusalem for a few nights, the hotel kindly stored our extra luggage until our return, without requiring us to book an additional night’s stay. Truly excellent service and hospitality throughout — we will definitely stay here again whenever we’re in Amman. Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and the team were incredibly helpful even before we arrived, helping to arrange our airport taxi. We were upgraded by a lovely gentleman called Hassan and when I accidentally left my phone in the taxi he and his team very quickly called the driver and managed to get it back for me. The breakfast was incredible and the facilities were gorgeous. Would definitely stay again!
Myself and a friend stayed 3 nights in October. Our rate included breakfast. Pros: -Drop-off zone at front of hotel. -Security checks at ground floor entrance makes you feel safe. -Polite and attentive staff. Staff member Mohammed Al Maane was particularly helpful and is a credit to the company. -Clean premises and modern decor. -Spacious Lobby Lounge (second floor via lift) with plentiful seating, toilets and small outdoor smoking balcony area. Large Reception Desk with English speaking staff. -Free WiFi - use surname & room number to login. -Two lifts to Lobby Lounge and also two lifts to all other floors. -Room 504 (top floor, spacious two-bedroom family room) - twin single beds and an extra-large double bed. Both bedrooms contain: cupboards with hanging space and shelves, tea & coffee making facilities, fridge, 2x complimentary 500ml bottles of water every day (both bedrooms), wall-mounted Samsung TV (hotel information & multiple TV channels incl BBC News English), bedside tables, telephone, mirror, suitcase stand, UK plug power sockets with USB charger ports, effective air-con, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom with extra-large double bed additionally contains 2 upholstered chairs & small table, electronic safe and a view of the pool area & cityscape. -Jade Bar & Lounge - second floor, off Lobby Lounge - 8am to 11pm. -L’Oliver - fourth floor - breakfast buffet (daily 6:30am-10:30am, Fridays 6:30am-12pm), lunch (12:30pm-4pm) and dinner (7pm-11pm). -Small outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers. -Gym, Spa. -Checkout 12pm. Cons: -Getting to/from the room is a little time consuming as it involves 2 sets of lifts. -Room - TV - no YouTube app, just a clunky browser. Notes: -The Galleria Mall - opened in 2014 - adjacent to hotel, although there is no direct access from hotel. Exit hotel at ground floor and turn right straightaway to enter mall (Ground Floor). It’s a spacious seven-storey family-friendly mall which includes a food court with a KFC and McDonald’s (L3 level), and a bank (Jordan Kuwait Bank) and a supermarket (Premier) on the bottom floor (Market Level). I recommend purchasing soft drinks and water as the prices are all listed, unlike the ripoff high street stores that charge tourists 1 Dinar per drink. -There’s a McDonald’s and Pizza Hut up the road 10 minutes walk from the hotel entrance. -We used Uber to travel around Amman city. -In Amman we visited the Roman Amphitheatre and Amman Citadel. Also went out to Jerash ancient city ruins and Ajloun Castle, an hours drive north of the city.
