Melek was very nice and cleaned the room very nicely, brought everything we needed. No complaints. She was very very sweet
"Comfortable For Long Stays"

This hotel is more suitable for long stays as per the brand, rather than a 1-night stay, but we tried it for a quick overnight from the airport to get a feel for what they have to offer before deciding for future stays. The hotel is on the outskirts of the city before hitting heavy traffic so it's doable for one night from the airport, unlike hotels in the city center. As Radisson VIP tier guests, we were proactively upgraded to a 2-bedroom apartment. The room looked very good with hardwood floors and had nice views. There was a lot of space available, full kitchen, and washer and dryer. It was a bit surprising that there was only one bathroom however considering the total square meters available. The breakfast buffet was a bit weak, but there was an a la carte menu available for extra charge; we did not partake. If going to the airport then we do not care much about breakfast because we eat there, consequently the negative point was mitigated for us, but maybe not for others staying many days or even many weeks. It was interesting how widely spaced the tables were in the restaurant, it felt very spacious, I wish more hotels had such a giant breakfast room.

We wouid like to put on record our full satisfaction and happiness with the assistance and kindness we received from management staff of the hotel during our stay we are very thankful to the service provided to us for our room by the lady responsible for floor 22 Sevda Aktas many thanks for her high attention of cleaning our room on time and when needed on excellent condition
