Great staff and amazing hotel I had an outstanding experience stay and love to come back. Specail thanks to Sevda Altas the housekeeper, she was vert organized and making good housekeeping with good smile All staff in the reception specially Alulas and his colleagues.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were all very nice, helpful, and professional, which made us feel comfortable from the first day. The cleaning service deserves a special mention—Ms. Tuğba did an amazing job, keeping everything perfectly clean and fresh. Thank you to the whole team for such a pleasant experience!

Cleanliness and service was very good. Malek did a great job with cleaning and ensuring our requests were met. Great experience. Hot water was amazing and very functional space.
