Nice location- close to beach , bars and shops. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. One of the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen. Clean and modern rooms. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Nice rooms with big shower and light under the bed is very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and service minded and very good at English (the people in the reception at least). There is parking right under the hotel and a Lidell (grocery store) right next to the hotel, this is a big plus.

The room was very modern and interesting. Loved the colors . Bed was very comfortable. Had to ask for extra pillows which was no problem at all. The staff were very helpful especially Richter on the front desk. He helped with restaurant selections, taxi reservations, just all round a great man. You can get free coffee even if you don't get the breakfast buffet. No problem getting ice and water in your bottles. Dining area is huge and again with nice colorful design on the walls. Shower was powerful and enjoyable. Early check in was available and appreciated. Easy location to get to by public transit. 30 minutes from Cruise port terminal via taxi , 30 minutes from Hamburg airport via taxi. 14 stops on subway to get to Hamburg airport. Lidl grocery store right beside hotel so handy for groceries. Great restaurant was RPR reeperbande St Pauli at the 4 corner stoplight. We stayed one night before and after our cruise and would stay here again.

This hotel has a good location just in front of the Reeperbahn S-station, at 5 minutes from the Central Station and 30 min from the airport. It has 5 levels with some 50 rooms per floor and 3 lifts, and it is clean, new and modern, with comfortable beds, great showers, good wifi and even a music lamp! Well designed so that you feel comfortable even in a small place. The AC worked very well - we were in Hamburg on days with +39 Celsius degrees but the room was cool! The pillow was too soft, good for sleep but not enough when watching TV or reading - two such pillows/person would have worked better. Cold breakfast, quite generous. No cups & glasses, nor coffee facilities in the room, just 2 soft plastic cups. At check in we were told that service will be after 3 nights (!) and before having time to complain we got a voucher for two complimentary drinks at the bar! We had to dispose of our garbage every day as no one was coming to take it. We stayed 4 nights and after the first 3 when our room was finally cleaned, I noticed that my nightgown (put on the pillow) disappeared. I imagined that the cleaning guy took by mistake my white nightgown with the laundry, and I informed the reception, hoping that they could check the laundry...  The nice lady promised to bring me back the nightgown in 2 hours, but she came with a white skirt! that was not mine. So be careful with your clothes on the 4th day - nothing on the bed!

Nice and very stylish hotel, just around the corner of Molotowcocktails club, so in absolute walking distance to Reeperbahn. Good breakfast, very good bar, fancy interior, good rooms and very friendly staff. A good choice if you wanna hang at Reeperbahn.
