Hard to find anything negative, location is brilliant, staff friendly nice clean rooms (perhaps a lick of paint in the room is required) free tea and coffee and a super comfy bed with a room that stays cold which was brilliant as it was super hot in Hamburg when we visited! As regular to Hamburg this will now be my hotel of choice when I visit!

Best location . Nice service drinks 24 hours. Not far from fish market . Near supermarket and public transport directly to train station

Super staff, rooms clean & well designed, quiet at night despite being right in the heart of St Pauli, comfy bed, and my favourite feature- pancakes for breakfast :D

I liked everything, the position to the tourist attractions, LIDL close by, train close by, comfortable room, very good coffee.

Affordable, quiet, clean minimalistic Hotel 2 mins from shops, clubs and bars. Room was comfortable, great power shower, even had bathroom under floor heating. Small bar at reception, breakfast room. Free Coffee 24hr. Lift access makes one safe. Excellent value.
