"Clean, compact and modern budget hotel "

Great budget hotel, clean and comfortable and very quiet despite its location by the train station. The location is very convenient when arriving in Münster by train. The room was compact and interesting colour combos, but clean and well designed - a wireless charge point was a nice touch. It might be a bit tight for two people and there wasn't a lot of desk room to work, on the flip side. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice and good eco-friendly options e g. Self-service organic honey and jam in wafer containers. There was a receptionist 24 hours and tea/coffee available throughout the day. I would certainly stay again.

Excellent hotel from A-Z, location , opposite to the main train station and many other attractive facilities. Modern room , very comfortable and excellent sleeping quality , friendly staff and much more. Paid parking is also another advantage

"Clean and new hotel, bad staff"

Good: nice hotel inside, new, room very clean. Nice breakfast Bad: bad area, right outside friday evening was police and criminals. Rude staff, we asked for an extra bed because we were 3 persons, and with agressive words I was told not possible. When going down for breakfast, I did not hear the woman sitting in the reception and asking for my room number. She apperantly got up and chased me to the breakfast, screaming “room number”? Asking me to follow her back to the reception for checking my room number. I felt like a criminal furing my stay, and will not return

We enjoyed our one night at Munster's Prizehotel - this was our first encounter with the chain, and we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is colorfully decorated, with a welcoming staff and wonderful breakfast. On our arrival in the morning we were welcomed and while the room was not yet available, we were offered complimentary coffee (quite good). The location is excellent as it's located right outside of the train station. By the way, the hotel has an excellent soundproof protection - we didn't hear any commotion from the trains passing nearby.
