Centrally located great hotel. Very clean large rooms with very good amenities. Great staff who are very friendly. The go to place for us when in London.

"What a hotel"

Stayed here this week on business and the rooms are incredible! So spacious particularly for central London and great amenities nearby. Highly recommend the park plaza chain have stayed in many but I must say I think this on clinches it in terms of quality and service level. I even had a bath and shower in the spacious bathroom - you really can’t want for more with a compact kitchenette and relaxing sofa space too.

I stay here regularly and it’s always a pleasant stay. Rooms are sizeable and very comfortable and it offers good value for money in a great location… Great check in experience but my check out was rather different. The team member should really find another vocation. Terrible attitude. Not great last impression.

i went to the park plaza, it was absolutely amazing, they have a games room the rooms are superb you can see big ben and the london eye from the window amazing food the staff have such good manner and amazing customer service. if you want to stay at a lovely hotel yes its expensive but the park plaza is the most recommended and i absolutely recommend it 100%.
