"Visit to theatre"

2026-04-26

Stayed a night at the hotel as we were going to the theatre. The location is good for us as we travel in by train to Waterloo, and the theatre’s are just across the river. Rooms are clean and quiet, and you can leave luggage, before and after check in / check out.

"Very comfortable central London hotel"

2026-04-25

Amazing large hotel hang in central of where you need to be in london, I treated myself a room with a view of the London eye, 10th floor, and when it's lit up at night was an impressive sight to always look at. Rooms very quiet, comfortable and e everything you need I loved the carpet style with the text although I tried to read it as much as I could 😏😏, lovely bathroom with stunning decor, used the breakfast with plenty of choice in the morning and highly recommend the Japanese restaurant gave me a good health kick that I needed 👌👌. Having the crab starter and salmon bowl was very healthy and nourish. Sadly on the last day I had an uneasy experience at the cafe (Saturday 25th april), while ordering at the cafe counter with a very professional and warming lady who was just trying to do her job, a very rude bearded Italian accent chap in a suit probably management came up to the till interrupted her and said to her, you !!, Why you are not on break, go !!, She seemed quite upset and I just looked at him in shock , it's the type of bullish behaviour I know from working in hotels myself in the past having had a horrible experience myself, but you should not at all be treated like that in a professional environment , having to check with her if she was ok after I reassured her don't worry take care when I left , I know the culture of working in hotels is sometimes hard but that is not fair on her at all , the bearded chap in the management suit should be more aware that customers are there and they listen , the lady deserves praise for having to put up with that kind of person I did not know her name but I hope she is ok after that incident.

"Amazing 40th Birthday Stay – Our New Favourite Hotel in London!"

2026-04-24

Amazing 40th Birthday Stay – Our Favourite Hotel in London! We had the most wonderful time celebrating my 40th birthday here, alongside a visit to Parliament—it made the whole trip extra special. The hotel is absolutely fantastic, and the staff are some of the most helpful and welcoming we’ve ever experienced. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite, which felt like a luxury apartment. It was beautifully presented, and the treats waiting for us on arrival were such a thoughtful touch. Nothing is too much trouble for the team—they really go above and beyond. We also had access to the Executive Lounge, which was a real highlight. The views over Westminster Bridge are stunning, and we spent a lot of time there relaxing. The staff in the lounge were equally amazing—friendly, attentive, and professional. The only small suggestion would be around the Lounge closing at 8pm. While there’s no pressure to leave immediately, it would be great if guests could take unfinished drinks back to their rooms rather than leaving them behind—this would also support sustainability. We genuinely can’t wait to return—this is now our favourite hotel in London!

"Family trip to London. Exceptional stay!"

2026-04-21

We visited the hotel as a family of four and stayed for 5 nights. It is located in an ideal spot to explore London—just past Westminster Bridge on the South Bank. The location is extremely convenient, with excellent transport connections for both buses and the Underground, as well as being perfect for walking around the city. The family room is spacious and well-designed, with a clear separation between the sleeping areas for children and parents. The bathroom was clean and combines both a bathtub and a shower. The staff were polite and always willing to help. The breakfast was quite rich, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The view was absolutely stunning, overlooking Big Ben. It truly added a special dimension to our trip, and we couldn’t have made a better choice. Excellent value for money for everything offered!

"Wonderful stay!"

Great location, short walk to the Underground, train station, the West End and many sites to visit. Right in front of Westminster Bridge and next to the London Eye. The staff is helpful, polite and very pleasant. The room was spacious, clean and very confortable. The breakfast was good with many choices. All in all, a great experience. I would easily recommend this hôtel.
