The lack of sleep due to poor quality mattresses and pillow and bedding which ruined otherwise a lovely stay. Please ban smoking from right outside the entrance as guests coming in
Plenty of staff and although we did not have much interaction with them apart from housekeeping they were 5 Star. Great all round service
The reception was very warm from Mrs. Myriam, and I thank her very much for her attention. I hope the management of the Radisson Group will reward her for the efforts she makes to satisfy visitors.
The online check in did not work for us but on arrival we checked in and got a good deal on an upgraded room looking out at Big Ben. This was nice. The room was lovely with a small living space but not sure why two TVs are needed so close together. The black out curtains provided great sleep waking up still seemed like night; the bed and pillows were comfy. The air con was great and easy to use unlike some systems in other hotels. Everything was clean. Staff were helpful and friendly; from security to housekeeping. The location was good walking distance to most places and the underground at Waterloo and Westminster. Our only gripe was Westminster bridge was so busy that it was a nightmare to get across so maybe we would consider a different location in future. Breakfast was nice and poached eggs provided on request as I don’t like scrambled. It was very busy and noisy but well looked after by staff. Maybe some more seeds like chia and cereal like bran-flakes would be nice. We lived our stay and would definitely recommend to others.
We took our granddaughter to London for her 16th birthday. Location of hotel was brilliant and room great for 3 adults.
