We loved the location and the best view of the Parliment building and right along the river Themes. The rooms were so spacious. I travelled with two of my friends and we very comfortably slept with two twins beds and a pull out sofa bed (full American) that was a memory foam, allowing me as an adult a perfect night sleep and my only little section of the room. Each time we called housekeeping for towels or toiletries, they were at our door within 5 mins with a great big smile. Would 100% recommend this hotel.

"Another Lovely Stay!!"

I recently stayed at the Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge hotel and had a lovely time. My room was clean, bright, and airy. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with nice, useful toiletries, which came in handy. The staff were pleasant. The hotel is in a great location, close to lots of sights, and easy to get around. Everything felt well looked after, and the whole place had a nice, relaxed feel. I will be staying again and would recommend it to anyone visiting London.

The hotel is situated a short walk from Waterloo station and the other side of the bridge to BigBen. Great location. We booked in at reception rather than online and the receptionist went above and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The room was spacious and clean, bed was enormous and very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious with a lovely deep bath and shower was good. We had a drink at the bar, and again, the waitress was very helpful and went above snd beyond to help make our expectations. Very easy to get to the west end from here and the underground station is about a 5 min walk away. We come to London quite frequently and have stayed in numerous hotels, this is definitely one of the top ones we have stayed in for service and customer care.
