I stayed at this hotel four times from October to November 2023 and had a very good experience.
The location of the hotel was very convenient, and all the staff members were extremely friendly.
Nearby tourist attractions can be reached on foot or by taking the underground.
From the moment I arrived at the hotel, the reception was welcoming, and they arranged for my luggage to be taken to the room, which I was very satisfied with.
During my stay in London, I temporarily checked out of the hotel to go on a cruise vacation and other sightseeing trip. The hotel provided a luggage storage service, which charged £2 per case per day. However, there was no charge on the day of checkout and recheck-in. The service was very efficient, and the charges were quite reasonable.
It only took about 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to Waterloo Train Station. I purchased tickets in advance to Southampton Train Station. Upon our arrival at Southampton Train Station, we took a taxi to the Southampton Port, which only took 5 to 10 minutes and cost around £10. It was very convenient.
The quality of the in-room dining at the hotel was excellent, and as a Silver member, I received a 20% discount on in-room dining.
The hotel room was clean, but there is still room for improvement to make it excellent standard.
I would like to express my gratitude to every staff member who attended to me and my husband during our stay, including Hyriam, Jessica, Mervin, and others. I apologize for not being able to mention everyone.
The friendly front desk staff surprised me by upgrading my hotel room for free, which was a delightful surprise.
