  • You can reduce the number of expected event attendees by 10% (per day), up to the day of arrival, free of charge.
  • If you need to cancel up to 14 days prior to the event, eligible fees can be utilised as credit for future events held by March 31, 2022¹.
  • If you are unable to redeem your credit, we will refund you after your credit has expired².
  • No prepayment required, when guaranteeing the event with a credit card.
