I stay here often. I had had a rough day and was relieved by two things: great and easy check-in by Lucia and later at supper, Bernardo was helpful, kind and friendly. Two great staff members who are a credit to the brand.

"Fab hotel"

Stayed here twice when visiting nottingham. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. Staff are helpful and friendly. Great security late at night, checking you have a key card so noone random walks into the hotel Awesome location, right near the town, winter wonderland, restaurants, clubs, bars and shops. Everywhere is immaculate, rooms are amazing and kept in great condition, cleanliness is great. An amazing hotel :)
