A very comfortable and quiet room. Brilliant staff who are always welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and the hotel is convenient for the city centre. We always stay here when visiting Nottingham.

Me and my partner went on New Year’s Eve and had a lovely experience, the staffs were friendly and welcoming especially Sruthi. Would love to come back. Food was fresh and yummy. I had cauliflower poke bowl and fruit platter. Clean and calm atmosphere to wrap up the year.

Not my first stay here and I'll be staying again next time. Didn't disappoint even when there was a short power cut in the building. I recommend the hotel.

Ideally location in Nottingham, close to market square and castle. Very nice hotel and friendly staff.

Would like to make a special mention to Luke on Main Reception. Requested to reserve a accessible parking space as my wife has a blue badge, this was confirmed by Luke via email prior to arrival and also instructions how to access the underground car park. We arrived early and received a warm welcome by Luke at the reception desk and allowed to check in before 3pm as room was available. We also had be allocated a quiet room on the 7th floor also requested and arranged by Luke. Excellent customer service and professional manners. Luke is an asset to the Radisson brand and only wish more hotels employed such a high class of reception staff 10/10 Will definitely be returning in April 2026👍🏼
