Stayed Thursday night for our wedding anniversay tied in with a visit to the theatre which is a very short walk away. Upgraded to the presidential suite as it was a special occassion. Lovely room with seperate lounge, big bathroon. This is our 3rd stay here, we find it very well located for everything. It has its own underground car park for £20 overnight. Bar is lovely and we had some excellent cocktails, really well made and great service in here. Breakfast great and lots of choice, very helpful ladies in there topping things up ( you can also order eggs how you want them) The staff have always been brilliant at this hotel, on that note thank you to Lucia on reception for going the extra mile to make our anniversary special - lovely lady ! We will return again soon !

Stayed for a night and was really impressed…. The room was nice and spacious and very clean. The staff were also welcoming and helpful. The only issue we had when we checked in we where given a room that people where still occupying but it was quickly resolved and another room given to us.

Room was exceptional, nice clean the bed was absolutely amazing best hotel sleep I've had, all the staff we dealt with were very helpful and very pleasant, this is the 3rd time we have stayed in this particular hotel and will definitely be going back

Beautiful room with the biggest bed! Lovely and clean, great welcome from reception. Great location, we loved the toiletries in the bathroom. We had the executive king room on the 8th floor, overlooked the main road but we couldn’t hear much noise

Positive stay - nice room in ideal location in the Notts city centre. Bathroom decor left a lot to be desired, but the main room was lovely, beds very comfortable, and with blackout blinds I'd have happily slept all day.
