Brilliant hotel and amazing staff ! Had a fabulous stay here for 2 nights , everyone from the first person who greeted me at the door to the lovely Abdul who delivered my food to my room , so professional and welcoming. Will definitely be back

I was welcome by Silfa to the lovely Park Plaza. Silfa was professional, friendly and happy to help with any questions. My room was lovely with fantastic river views. Room service was also great.

Absolutely superb customer service from the Park Plaza. Fantastic hotel. Wonderful staff always on hand to help and nothing is too much trouble. Particular thanks to Breeze on reception who helped me with a query. She was polite, friendly and helped me quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend.

Picked this hotel for its location and we weren't disappointed, bus stop to all the London sights just a minute away or underground train 5 minutes away. A large hotel with lovely comfortable rooms and great bathrooms for a relaxing shower. Breakfast was busy but the selection was vast, with every taste catered for, a couple more coffee stations might be a good idea though as queues formed. Lovely friendly and helpful staff at breakfast kept things very smooth. The views were great over the Thames and over to the Houses of Parliament. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a birthday on March 6th, and I spent it at this wonderful hotel. Thanks to Nadia and Firat and the entire hotel team for the service and attention. I want to come back again.
