I had a wonderful experience checking in at this hotel, thanks to the amazing receptionist Kamila at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and genuine hospitality that immediately made us feel welcome. She handled the entire check-in process efficiently and professionally, while giving us the best view room available on the 15th floor overlooking the river, Parliament House and London eye. It’s rare to come across someone who combines professionalism with such warmth and genuine care for guests. The excellent first impression Kamila created set the tone for the rest of my stay. Thank you so so much to Kamila for providing five-star service and upgrade to executive lounge.

The hotel was very nice and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. The location is excellent—close to the main attractions in London, making it easy to explore the city. While my room didn’t have a river view, I enjoyed a lovely view of the river from the restaurant during breakfast. The breakfast was served buffet style and offered a great variety of fresh options, making it a perfect start to the day. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended!

When in London, make sure to stay at Park Plaza London Riverbank! Came here to celebrate my 17 year wedding anniversary. After our long flight from New York, we arrived super early and were immediately welcomed with kindness and care by Firat and Taras at reception. They went above and beyond to accommodate us, even upgrading our room and making sure we were comfortable right away. Their hospitality set the tone for our entire trip — friendly, thoughtful, and truly five-star service. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located, but it’s the people who made it unforgettable. Thank you, Firat and Taras, for making us feel so special from the moment we arrived!

Lovely hotel, stayed in a family room. Sofa bed was very comfortable! All staff brilliant and friendly. Family friendly hotel. Hotel very clean. Great central location.
