Had a lovely weekend stay at the hotel. Hotel was very convenient for us being directly opposite station. The room was clean spacious and beds very comfy. All staff friendly and helpful giving us tips and advice where to go for the night . Can’t wait to return for another visit.

Our stay at the Park Plaza was excellent and we were very well looked after. Very grateful for the room upgrade as a rewards member, to a top floor room! Leeds is a 'fun city' to visit!!

We had a wonderful stay we only stayed one night we stayed here before and it was good but this time it was great the room was spacious and warm very clean we had a king size bed very clean and comfortable plenty of coffee and tea and bathroom had a wetroom the staff go out of there way to help and very plesant the hotel is set in the city center close to shops and restaurants and across from the train station only a min or so to get there

The staff at the Plaza were very friendly and attentive, overall. This was especially the case with the breakfast team.

The location is perfect, a few mins walking from the station and right in the centre for shops, restaurants etc. On arrival I asked reception if my room had a walk in shower, as whilst I'm not technically disabled, I have some mobility issues and a bath over shower does provide me with some challenges - they looked very hard and moved another customer around to get me one - so very kind of them. The room I got was enormous (it matched the executive suite pics on the website), has a massive bathroom with a walk in shower (big enough for several people!!). I had room 502. The kingsize bed was comfortable with a choice of soft or film pillows. The rooms was perfectly clean, had tea and coffee pods and machine, the mini fridge with complimentary water was a lovely addition. The air con worked and was the right temperature so I didn't need to adjust it. There are complimentary shampoo, conditioner, liquid hand soap and hand lotion, along with all the soft fluffy towels you could wish for. My room was on 5th floor and I head no noise whatsoever. The bar and restaurant areas were clean and the music was at the right level. I ordered room service - the fancy ham and mushroom pizza and chips - absolutely delicious and such big portions I couldn't finish either of them. Breakfast was impressive - all buffet except for tea and coffee which they rotated around the room offering top ups. Hot food was amazing, all tasted freshly made and constantly replenished. Cold food was fruit, cereals, pancakes, pastries, cheese and cold meats - I literally cannot list it all as I can't remember but a very large range. Only comment would be I would have like more choice on the hot drinks - latte etc, I'd also have liked a pain au chocolate but maybe I just missed that. Right outside, a few steps across the way is a large shopping centre with all the shops you could want. I stayed for business purposes and was very very happy indeed.
